Traditional Chinese medicine and control group, model group, compare the CRF rats Leptin Ob gene m RNA expression of adipose tissue after medication significantly decreased(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1. The spleen kidney empty, dampness, blood stasis resistance, turbidity toxin inside the park is the main pathogenesis of lead to malnutrition in CRF, to make up for spleen kidney,invigorate blood circulation, relieving drain turbidity "for its treatment, effectively protect the CRF rats renal function, improve the rat state of malnutrition.2. IL- 6 levels stimulate the Ob gene, Ob gene m RNA expression level and Leptin has direct control effect.3.Chronic renal failure obvious inflammatory cytokines IL- 6 and high Leptin, and IL- 6 and Leptin of malnutrition in chronic renal failure state appear, has a close relation with the centralizer detoxicating blood after party may adjust the Ob gene activity and improve the state of malnutrition.
