| (1)Research purposes:To study the classification of diseases in Classics A and B and the rule of prescriptions for acupuncture and moxibustion diagnosis and treatment,so as to pro'vide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of modem acupuncture and moxibustion.To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking of acupuncture and moxibustion in Classics A and B,and to provide reference for the construction of modern clinical diagnosis and treatment mode of acupuncture and moxibustion.(2)Research methodsAnalyse the texts of Volume 7 to Volume 12 of Classic A and B.The disease name,disease classification,main and concurrent symptoms and disease classification of Classic A and B were analyzed.To sum up the perspective,methods and results of understanding the symptoms of Classics A and B.The prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of diseases in Classics A and B were worked out.To sum up the rules of acupoint selection and prescription composition in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of Classics A and B by Acupuncture and moxibustion.To analyze the relationship between the theory of Volume 1 to Volume 6 of Classics A and B and the diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion in the latter six volumes.Refer to the original text of Neijing and compare the similarities and differences between Neijing and Classic A and B.(3)Research contents:Classification of various diseases in Volumes 7 to 12 of Classics A and B.Acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions for various diseases were studied in Volumes 7 to 12 of Classics A and B.The rule of diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion and the abstraction of clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking in Classics A and B.Meridian Syndrome and Meridian Syndrome Differentiation in Acupuncture and Moxibustion Diagnosis and Treatment of Classics A and B.(4)Research results:1)106 diseases.2)The names of five diseases are not recorded in Neijing.3)There are three main types of diseases in the catalogue.4)Classification:Volume 7,Yin and Yang ups and downs;Volume 8,accumulation and swelling;Volume 9,from top to bottom;Volume 10,inadequate activity;Volume 11,miscellaneous diseases;Department of gynecology and pediatrics of five senses.5)Symptoms are the main consideration in diagnosis and treatment.Acupoints can be selected along meridians as long as the symptoms structure is consistent with the symptoms of a certain meridian.6)The first six volumes guide the diagnosis and treatment of the latter six volumes.7)The main theoretical guidance is meridian symptoms.(5)Research conclusions:1)Compared with the Internal Classic,the Classic of A and B has more symptoms,and the name of the symptoms has more meanings.2)The author has profound academic significance to the meaning and structure of the catalogue,which directly reflects the recognition of the disease.3)There are certain regularities in the classification of diseases.4)Meridian syndrome differentiation accounts for the largest part,which is the main way of diagnosis and treatment.The main acupoints of meridian syndrome differentiation are Wushu acupoint,Zhi acupoint and Luo acupoint.5)Zang-fu syndrome differentiation accounts for a small part,which belongs to the late diagnosis and treatment thought compared with meridian dialectics.Primary acupoints,Back-shu acupoints,Xiahe acupoints and Mu acupoints are the main acupoints for syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs.Zang-fu syndrome is almost the same as meridian syndrome.We believe that Zang-fu syndrome develops on the basis of meridian syndrome.6)Acupuncture and moxibustion attaches importance to the connection of different parts,rather than a disease.(6)Research significance:Deep excavation and study of the rules and characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion diagnosis and treatment in Classics A and B can provide reference for contemporary clinical diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion,as well as for improving and perfecting the clinical diagnosis and treatment model of acupuncture and moxibustion.At present,the study of Classics A and B has done a lot of in-depth work in exegesis,collation and translation,but the excavation of its theory and application is far from enough.We should analyze and summarize its connotation from the whole,study its diagnostic and therapeutic rules,and further excavation can refer to the original diagnosis and treatment features of acupuncture and moxibustion,and reconsider our recognition of modern acupuncture and moxibustion.Knowledge,teaching methods and contents,and clinical application. |
