Clinical Observation Of Fuyang Xuanbi Decoction And Its Removal For The Treatment Of Postoperative Residual Symptoms Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuyang Xuanbi Decoction and its disassembled prescriptions in the treatment of postoperative residual symptoms of lumbar disc herniation,and to verify the scientific nature of Fu yang Xuanb i Decoction.Methods:Forty-five patients with residual symptoms after lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into three groups:Fuyang Xuanbi Decoction Group,.Disassembled Group I and Disassembled Group ?.According to the treatment plan,take the drug for 8 weeks.Visual analog scale(VAS),sensory disorder scores,and Japanese orthopedics low back pain score(JOA)were recorded before treatment and a'fter 2 weeks of treatment,afte? 4 weeks of treatment,and after 8 weeks of treatment.VAS scores,sensory impairmet scores and JOA scores were compared at each time point in the three groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the general condition of the three groups of subjects,the pre-treatment VAS score,the sensory disorder score,and the JOA score.The VAS scores of the three groups were lower than those of the pre-treatment and previous observation time points.The scores of sensory disorder scores and JOA scores were higher than those of the pre-treatment and previous observation time points.The above differences were statistically significant.After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the VAS scores and sensory impairment scores between the three groups,which was not statistically significant.After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of Fuyang Xuanbi Decoction group were significantly lower than those of Decomposed Group I and Disassembled Group ?.The scores of sensory impairment were significantly higher than those of Group I and Group?.The above differences were significant.At the same time,there was no significant difference in the VAS score and sensory disorder scores between the disassembled group I and the disassembled group ?,which was not statistically significant.In addition,after 8 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of Fuyang Xuanbi Decoction group were significantly lower than those of the disassembled group ? and the disassembled group ?.The scores of sensory impairment and JOA scores were significantly higher than those of the disassembled group I and the disassembled group ?.All were significant;there was no significant difference in VAS score,sensory disorder score and JOA score between the split group I and the split group ?,which was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Fuyang Xuanbi Decoction and its disassembled prescriptions can effectively alleviate residual pain,numbness and other symptoms after surgery and improve related signs and improve the quality of life of patients.Comparing the Fuyang Xuanbi Decoction Group with the Disassembled Group I and the Disassembled Group?,we found that the Fuyang Xuanbi Decoction Group is reasonable and the compatibility is scientific.
