| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of quyu lishui decoction on treating cerebral contusion with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of quyu lishui decoction on cerebral contusion with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.lt provides a new reference for the treatment of cerebral contusion.Methods:Sixty cases of cerebral contusion with qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.Two groups patients in hospital were treated with routine western medicine,including monitoring of vital signs,consciousness,pupil,to need to stop bleeding,acid suppression,dehydration of intracraninal pressure,brain protection treatment.According to the needs of the disease,conservative treatment or surgical treatment.After 48 hours,the treatment group was treated with quyu lishui decoction in addition to western medicine,while the control group was given warm water orally with same volume for 12 days.The Glasgow coma score(GCS),head CT images ofthematoma in the brain and cerebral edema,and hemodynamic indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:After 12 days of treatment,GCS score,head CT imaging of hematoma in the brainand cerebral edema,and hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were all improved.The improvement degree of the above indexes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with significant difference(p<0.01).Conclusion:quyu lishui decoction combined with western medicine can obviously improve the curative effect,shorten the course of disease and improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral contusion and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. |
