Observation And Analysis Of The Rehabilitation Intervention Results Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction And Regulative Erchen Decoction On Carpal Tunnel Syndrome After Operation

Objective:To observe the effect of Buyang huanwu decoction and regulative Erchen Decoction on postoperative rehabilitation of carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods:Fifty patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were selected in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM who meet the syndrome of syndrome differentiation of QiXuXueYu and TanNingQiZhi,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group.There were no significant differences in age,sex,pain score and median nerve function score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).Both groups received routine treatment such as limb suspension and functional exercise after operation,The treatment group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction and regulative Erchen Decoction on the basis of routine treatment after operation for four weeks as a course of treatment and took a course of treatment.The pain score and median nerve function score of carpal tunnel syndrome after one month and six months after operation were evaluated respectively.Result:There was no significant difference in preoperative age,sex,pain score and median nerve function score between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain scores of the two groups at one month and six months after operation were significantly lower than those before operation,with statistical difference(P<0.01);the pain scores of the treatment group at one month and six months after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.01).The functional score of the patients in the control group was improved one month after operation,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The functional score of the patients in the control group was improved six months after operation,with statistical difference(P<0.01);the functional score of the patients in the treatment group was improved one month after operation and six months after operation,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The functional scores of the treatment group at 1 month and 6 months after operation were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang huanwu decoction and regulative Erchen Decoction can promote the relief of pain and numbness symptoms and recovery of function in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome after operation.
