(1)Research objective:Based on the literature research on adverse events of acupuncture,this topic explores the origin of acupuncture safety--"Ci Jin Lun" sorts out and analyzes adverse events of acupuncture at home and abroad in modern times,and tries to systematically summarize the causes of adverse events of acupuncture.Furthermore,the connotation and constituent factors of adverse events and safety of acupuncture were further discussed,so as to try to find out the mutual relations and basic laws among them,and then the safety norms of acupuncture were established on the basis of the diagnosis and treatment process of acupuncture to guide the safety of clinical acupuncture.(2)research contents:Firstly,in combination with the concept of acupuncture diagnosis and treatment process,this topic puts forward the definition of acupuncture diagnosis and treatment safety:it refers to reducing unnecessary injuries related to acupuncture diagnosis and treatment in the process of acupuncture diagnosis and treatment,and controlling its adverse events to an acceptable minimum.Secondly,this topic studies the relationship between acupuncture treatment process and its safety factors:the integrity of the acupuncture treatment process is the foundation of acupuncture treatment process safety.The specialty of acupuncturists is the key to the safety of acupuncture treatment process.The degree of patient cooperation is the guarantee of acupuncture treatment process safety.The proper use of acupuncture needles is the key to the safety of acupuncture treatment process.The hygiene and cleanness of diagnosis and treatment environment is the requirement of acupuncture treatment process safety.Third,this topic proposes the definition of acupuncture treatment process.Generally speaking,the complete acupuncture treatment process includes:receiving patients,understanding the condition,determining the plan,acupuncture,ending treatment,follow-up and re-diagnosis;Combined with the factors such as acupuncturists,patients,needles and the environment,the author puts forward the standard requirements for each link and detail of acupuncture treatment process.In addition,this topic discusses the details of the medical record report of adverse events caused by acupuncture,and elaborates on the background of acupuncture operator,patient description,description of acupuncture treatment,description of adverse events and treatment,and discussion.According to the requirements of acupuncture diagnosis and treatment process,relevant safety form or informed consent form was designed:informed consent form for acupuncture treatment,informed consent form for acupuncture safety verification form and informed consent form for reporting adverse events of acupuncture.(3)Research methods:First of all,the part of "Ci Jin Lun" in ancient Chinese medical classics represented by huangdi neijing is sorted out and analyzed,and the cognition of acupuncture accident and acupuncture safety in Chinese classical medicine is summarized.Secondly,using the methods such as literature metrology,data mining,use of database resources of school library,use of electronic databases in both English and Chinese(CNKI database,VIP full-text journals database,Wanfang database,PubMed database,etc.)and related books,at home and abroad for the research of modern medicine in acupuncture literature collection,sorting and summary,summing up the main reason of causing acupuncture accident,as well as the corresponding operation standard and safety measures.(4)Research results:This paper first explores the embryonic form of acupuncture security of ancient philosophers from the classic literature "Ci Jin Lun".Secondly,through the review of domestic and foreign literature on adverse events,it is found that there is a certain relationship between the occurrence of adverse events and factors such as doctors,patients,needles and the diagnosis and treatment environment.Combined with the characteristics of acupuncture diagnosis and treatment process,the construction of acupuncture safety norms is innovatively proposed.In addition,this study discussed in detail the safety standard requirements of each link and detail of the acupuncture treatment process,discussed the details of the adverse event cases of acupuncture,and designed the relevant safety tables or information forms,which can provide a certain theoretical basis for the standardization of acupuncture safety.
