| Objective: We use rhinoconjunctivitivitis life quality questionnaire to discuss and assess some influences on life quality and other aspects among adult patients with allergic rhinitis before and after the drugs therapy or immunotherapy to provide theoretical basis for clinical work and improve therapeutic effect. Methods: Patients who were diagnosed as allergic rhinitis and underwent treatment from Mar 2009 to Aug 2010 in our hospital will be taken as research object by telephone follow-up and rhinoconjunctivitis life quality questionnaire.142 patients and 28 small surveys in total are taken as samples,7 areas are contained among these patients: daily activities, sleep quality,non-naso-ocular symptoms, nasal symptoms, eye symptoms, practical problems and emotional aspects.Thirty seven patients who agreed to get specific immunotherapy were taken into specific immunotherapy group. In addition, other 105 patients all agreed to get standard drug therapy. The group of A1 and B1 were divided by whether patients had accepted drugs guidance use or not,and the group of A2 and B2 were divided by whether patients had accepted drugs supervision or not.Research data was analyzed and processed by SPSS17.0 software. Results:Immunotherapy improved nasal and ocular symptoms more significantly after treatment than before, and possess statistical significance.(P<0.01)The quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis who get drugs guidance and drug supervision has been significantly improved after treatment than before, which possesses statistical significance.(p<0.05).After receiving treatment, patients’ life quality under the drug guidance group was significantly improved, compared with the no drug guidance group, which possess statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the patients’ life quality under the drug supervision group was significantly improved, compared with the no drug supervision group. The improvement of nasal symptoms was more obvious in the immunotherapy group than in the drug guidance group alone, which possess statistical significance(P<0.05).The higher the education level, the higher the quality of life score of patients with allergic rhinitis, has statistical significance(p<0.05).And there was no significant difference in sleep, work, social and other diseases on daily life among allergic patients of different genders(P>0.05).Conclusion: Life quality can be improved to a certain degree, whether patients with allergic rhinitis were treated with pure drugs therapy or immunotherapy.Enhancing medication guidance, propaganda and education for allergic rhinitis patients can improve their life quality. The immunotherapy group and the drug supervision group were superior to the drug guidance group to improve the degree of nasal symptoms. The implementation of individualized treatment programs was more conducive to improving the patient’s quality of life.Patients with allergic rhinitis who received drug guidance and drug supervision obviously improved their quality of life before treatment. The quality of life of the drug-guided group and drug-supervised group improved significantly compared with the drug-free group. |
