As the speeding up of the national development and will increase steadily,and level of economic development spurs the national life level to achieve leapfrog development,people on the degree of protection and pay attention to oral health more and more high,the diet structure change,the probability of oral disease also present a rapid growth trend,missing teeth breakage after the crown repair as dental restorations with the diagnosis and treatment of one of the important link,plays an important role to restore oral health.Under the new environment,to meet people for the crown restoration after teeth chewing function,beautiful degree and the comfort of various demand,improve the service life of damaged tooth crown after repair,design a practical stronger and better ability to resist fatigue fracture of the new crown restoration of denture has become one of the main development direction of today's oral cavity teeth crown restoration.However,at the present stage,although the restoration technology is becoming more and more mature,the teeth after the implant-crown restoration are still prone to crack damage to the ultimate failure,and sometimes the crack will also affect the root of the tooth,which can only be removed completely.Through the study of human natural teeth with high wear resistance and fatigue impact resistance,and the application of the structural and morphological characteristics of human natural teeth in the design of the existing suction clinical crown restoration,it provides a new direction for the research of new bionic layered structure crown restoration teeth,and has a very important guiding significance.As a new interdisciplinary subject with rapid development momentum,bionics is at the initial stage of exploration,so it is outstanding in the study of structure and morphology.In this paper,the research on laboratory studies to explore in the field of bionic nonsmooth structure form,and according to the actual situation of oral clinical rehabilitation and the actual characteristics of inlay crown repair,have natural teeth as the research object and the bionic prototype,to explore and research its layered structure form,obtaining the inner mechanism of the fatigue fracture and its good performance of bone interface and glaze on nonsmooth form against fracture performance.Based on the principles of bionics,the people of bone world the hierarchical structure of the natural teeth and glaze nonsmooth morphology is applied to the structure of the resin inlay crown repair form design,and using the layer number and interlayer interface shape as the test factors,gain a bionic 2 layers of linear and arc type,corrugated type resin inlay crown restoration teeth and bionic 3 linear type,3 layers arc type,3 layer corrugated type resin inlay crown repair teeth.Used Mimics,Geomagic Studio layering and Solidworks is not,and bionic form resin inlay crown restoration teeth three-dimensional model,ANSYS Workbench structure finite element statics analysis and application of Ncode fatigue simulation analysis,through to the crown repair tooth crown and root parts of the equivalent stress,deformation and fatigue life analysis,hierarchical structure with 2 layer corrugated nonsmooth interface shape tooth of equivalent stress peak,the smallest stress nephogram distribution more uniform,the fatigue life is higher.To verify the biomimetic layered structure shape crown restoration teeth on fatigue fracture resistance,this paper designed and built to chew simulated fatigue testing machine,the stratification of conventional inlay crown repair and 6 groups of biomimetic layered structure form inlay crown restoration teeth for chewing universal testing machine to simulate the fatigue test and fracture test experiment,the hierarchical structure with 2 layer corrugated nonsmooth interface shape of tooth fracture load is bigger,can repair the crown to fold in fracture mode frequency is bigger,and the early stage of the statics structure finite element analysis and fatigue life analysis results are consistent,namely the bionic structure form can effectively reduce stress impact,It can reduce the stress concentration of the crown and the edge of the neck and improve the fracture resistance of the teeth.
