Interractive Illustration Based Psychological Intervention Method

Expressive psychotherapy is a very important means of psychological intervention,and painting therapy is one of the most effective and promising expressive psychotherapy.However,the current methods of painting therapy are mostly applied to psychological diagnosis.The intervention objects are supposed to draw pictures unilaterally to show their mental state to the psychological interveners.The psychological interveners do not treat the intervention objects through painting,and there is no iterative psychological interaction process.By using the interactive way based on interactive illustration,psychological interventionists can perceive the psychological state of the intervention object more directly,and can also directly convey information to the intervention object through painting,so as to exert hierarchical influence on the psychological state of the intervention object,such as consciousness and subconscious.This method can achieve the purpose of better mental treatment.This paper first introduced the concepts and theoretical basis of psychological intervention and interactive illustration.Furthermore,the theoretical basis of applying interactive illustration to psychological intervention was analyzed theoretically with a large number of examples.Then,the author drew the interactive illustration template for psychological intervention,designed reasonable psychological intervention experiments which proved the effectiveness of interactive illustration in the psychological intervention process.This paper preliminarily explored the different effects of colors,materials and other factors on psychological intervention.The comparison of the experimental results shows that the psychological state of the intervention group with the interactive illustration-based psychological intervention treatment is significantly different from that of the control group with the general language psychological intervention treatment,indicating that the interactive illustrative treatment has played a role in improving the mental health state.
