China's population migration has entered a stage characterized by family migration, and more and more elderly people have joined the mobile army.According to statistics, the total number of mobile elderly in 2015 has reached nearly 18 million, accounting for 7.2% of the floating population.Due to age,the special population of the elderly floating population has a significantly higher incidence of diseases than other mobile groups. This has led to an increase in the demand for medical services in the inflow areas,so it is imperative to study the utilization of health services for the elderly. This study used the 2015 National Mobile Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey data to analyze the overall status of health care utilization of mobile elderly people over the age of 60 in the country, including the overall description of participating in physical examination,follow-up of chronic diseases, and medical treatment behaviors during ailments and major illnesses. On this basis, the micro-data is used to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of the utilization of mobile health services for the elderly,so as to accurately measure the influencing factors and influence degree of the utilization of medical services for the elderly,in order to improve the utilization rate of medical services for the elderly.Provide scientific evidence and advice. The study found that the use of such preventive health care services by mobile elderly people during physical examination and chronic disease follow-up is relatively low,and the utilization of medical and health services in the active treatment of small diseases and the hospitalization of major illnesses is relatively high. The influencing factors of the utilization status of mobile elderly health services are diversified, including age, type of household registration, education level, inflow place, flow time, flow range, type of insurance, and presence or absence of chronic diseases.Important factors in the utilization of health services, they affect the physical examination of the elderly, the follow-up of chronic diseases, and the treatment of small and serious diseases. In the dependent variable “whether or not to participate in the free medical examination”,ethnicity, hukou type, flow range, and flow time are the factors that have significant influence;in the dependent variable “whether or not to use chronic disease follow-up”,the degree of education has a significant impact on it;Among the dependent variables of active treatment, the type of participation, physical health status and inflow area are significant influencing factors;in the dependent variable of “whether hospitalized or not,” the children's family income and type of insurance have significant effects on them.Due to the fragmentation and geographical division of social medical insurance, the utilization rate of mobile elderly people in different places is low,and it is urgent to improve and implement related systems such as medical treatment, physical examination, and chronic disease follow-up.
