The prevalence of diabetes in China has increased year by year with the increase of economic level,which has brought heavy physical and mental harm and economic burden to more and more patients.With the long-term use of drugs and research,the side effects of hypoglycemic drugs are increasingly exposed.As a healthy and harmless intervention,diet therapy is increasingly receiving the attention of diabetes patients and government support.The research team selected a variety of natural raw materials beneficial to diabetes,and developed a series of "Juegan" foods with hypoglycemic effects.It is very urgent to evaluate the hypoglycemic function and safety of the products.In this paper,T2 DM patients were used as subjects to study the effects of “Juegan” food on postprandial blood glucose function and on body composition and biochemical indicators.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)The effect of “Juegan” food breakfast intervention on the interstitial fluid glucose after T2 DM meal was studied.Take combination 1(plain bread,"Juegan" nutrition powder20 g and one egg),combination 2(plain bread,"Juegan" nutrition powder 40 g and one egg),combination 3("Juegan" S01 cake,"Juegan " Nutrition powder 20 g and one egg)three kinds of "Juegan" food combination for breakfast,through their own controlled trials,to study the effect of subcutaneous tissue interstitial glucose.The results showed that "Juegan" food can reduce the glucose in the subcutaneous tissue of patients with T2 DM and inhibit the increase of it.There is a correlation between the degree of reduction of glucose in the subcutaneous tissue of the “Juegan” food and the proportion and type of “Juegan” products.(2)The effects of dietary diet intervention on the body composition of T2 DM patients were studied.Twenty-four patients with T2 DM were divided into three groups according to BMI,including normal group,super-recombinant and obese group.The test was carried out by self-control design.Before and after the intervention,the body components including fat,protein,inorganic salts and minerals,and edema degree indicators were measured,and the changes of the above indicators before and after the test were analyzed.The results showed that “Juegan” food diet intervention could reduce super-recombinant body weight and body total water,ICW,ECW,right upper limb water,left upper limb water and trunk water(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and reduce super-recombinant protein and bone.Muscle,muscle mass and bone mineral content(P<0.05 or P<0.01),decreased the upper arm circumference of the normal group(P<0.05),and increased the upper arm circumference and upper arm muscle circumference of the obese group(P<0.05).Combined with the diet of the subjects,it can be seen that “Juegan” food can reduce the super-recombinant body weight and edema degree,protect the kidneys,and have no adverse effects on the normal group and the obese group;“Juegan” food diet intervention indirectly reduces T2 DM The intake of protein and minerals in patients.(3)The effects of“Juegan”food diet intervention on blood pressure and biochemical parameters of T2 DM patients were studied.Twenty-seven patients with T2 DM were divided into group A(HbA1c<7%)and group B(HbA1c?7%)according to HbA1 c level,and the test was carried out by self-control design.The blood pressure and biochemical parameters of the subjects were tested before and after the intervention,and the changes of the above indicators before and after the test were analyzed.The results showed that “Juegan” food intervention could reduce HbA1 c and UA in group A and B(P<0.05 or P<0.01);blood pressure,blood lipids,liver function and CR in renal function before and after test in group A and B,Na and Cl were not changed(P>0.05);FPG was increased in group A and B(P<0.05);UR in group B was increased and K was decreased(P<0.05).It can be seen that “Juegan” food has no adverse effects on blood pressure,blood lipids,liver function and renal function of CR,Na and Cl in T2 DM patients,and reduces HbA1 c and UA in T2 DM patients,leading to changes in FPG,UR and K.It is related to the irregular diet of the Spring Festival and needs further testing and verification.
