Objective:To probe into the effect of serum S100?,NSE protein and neuro-inflammatory factors on the cognitive impairment as well as the correlation between S100?,NSE protein and inflammatory factors. Methods: The cognitive function grading was done on the basis of MMSE and MoCA scale;20 cases of AD patients admitted by the neurology department of our hospital between July,2016 and July,2018 were included as the AD group,20 cases of MCI patients were considered as MCI group, and another 20 cases of healthy people who underwent medical examination at the corresponding period were taken as the control group.3ml of blood sample was collected among three groups of testee in the morning with tranquil status and fasting for more than 12 hours;the sample was infused into the serum separation gel pro-coagulation tube;after sample collection within 1h,4500r/min,centrifugation was done for 5 min;extracted the serum and put into the 1.5mL EP tube, stored at-80?;ELISA kit was adopted to detect the protein content of serum S100?,NSE protein and neuro-inflammatory factors in all patients within one month.Results:1.The differences of MMSE and MoCA scores among patients in AD group,MCI group and control group were all statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The results of ELISA inspection indicated that compared with the control group, the concentration of S100? protein in MCI group and AD group was high, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with MCI group, the content of S100? protein had apparent increase in the AD group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the concentration of NSE protein was high in MCI group and AD group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the MCI group, the increase of NSE protein content was apparent among the AD group patients, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the content ofinflammatory factor IL-1?,IL-6 and TNF? protein was higher in MCI group and AD group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the MCI group, the concentration increase of inflammatory factor IL-1?,IL-6 and TNF?protein among patients in AD group was apparent, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The correlations between S100?,NSE and the inflammatory factors were conducted among the AD group and MCI group patients, and the results indicated that S100? was positively correlated with NSE,TNF-?,IL-6 and IL-1?;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In the peripheral serum of patients in AD group and MCI group, the content of S100?,NSE,IL-1?,IL-6 and TNF? protein increases;moreover, the higher content of protein, the deeper damage extent of cognitive impairment.2.In the peripheral serum of patients in AD group and MCI group,S100? protein is correlated with NSE,TNF-?,IL-6 and IL-1? protein.3.S100? protein,NSE protein and inflammatory factors IL-1?,IL-6,TNF? protein might be related to the paroxysm of cognitive impairment.4.The joint detection between S100? protein,NSE protein and IL-1?,IL-6,TNF?protein can be used as the serum marker for the prediction of cognitive impairment.
