PurposeTo analyze the relation between LMO1 gene rs110419 and rs4758051 polymorphism and neuroblastoma(NB)susceptibilityMethodsSix electronic databases(PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,Cochrane,Chinese biomedical literature [CBM],China National Knowledge Infrastructure [CNKI] and Wanfang databases)were searched to select eligible publications on the relationships of LMO1 gene polymorphisms with neuroblastoma susceptibility until 1 November 2018.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria included and evaluated the quality of research.Meta-analysis was performed by Stata 12.0.ResultA total 7 case-control studies were included about LMO1 rs110419 and rs4758051 polymorphisms and risks of neuroblastoma that including 2709 cases and 3717 controls.The results of under 4 genetic model about meta analysis showed significant association between LMO1 rs110419 A>G and risks of neuroblastoma(A vs.G:OR=1.318,95%CI:1.248-1.391,P<0.001;AA vs.GG:OR=1.787,95%CI:1.476-2.165,P<0.001;AA vs.GG+AG:OR=1.533,95%CI:1.247-1.885,P<0.001;AA+AG vs.GG:OR=1.432,95%CI:1.208-1.698,P<0.001).The results of under per-allele and recessive genetic model about meta analysis showed significant association between LMO1 rs4758051 G>A and risks of neuroblastoma(A vs.G:OR=1.318,95%CI:1.248-1.391,P<0.001;AA vs.GG:OR=1.787,95%CI:1.476-2.165,P<0.001;AA vs.GG+AG:OR=1.533,95%CI:1.247-1.885,P<0.001;AA+AG vs.GG:OR=1.432,95%CI:1.208-1.698,P<0.001).Subgroup analysis showed there was a significant association between the LMO1 rs110419 and 4758051 genetic polymorphism and risks of neuroblastoma.ConclusionAccording to the meta-analysis,We found a significant association between LMO1 rs110419 and rs4758051 polymorphisms and risks of neuroblastoma,this association may differ in different races.
