Background:As a common clinical disease,migraine has a high prevalence rate and a heavy burden of living and work,and eight of these are about a migraine without aura.So far,the mechanism of migraine attack is still unclear.The theory of trigeminal vasculature,cortical spreading inhibition theory,5-HT,calcitonin gene-related peptide can not fully explain the pathogenesis of migraine.Therefore,there are many types of migraine treatment drugs,mainly non-specific drugs such as non-steroidal drugs,barbiturate sedative drugs and opioids;and specific drugs such as songs based on the current research progress on migraine mechanisms.Cantanes,ergotamines,and calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor antagonists.The clinical effects of these drugs are acceptable,but some patients still cannot be effectively relieved.Moreover,the above-mentioned various types of drugs have many side effects,such as most drugs may cause gastrointestinal reactions,and severe cases such as triptans may cause serious adverse events such as myocardial infarction.Therefore,we can solve or reduce the above situation by developing and researching new treatmentsfor migraine drugs or alternative treatments.Traditional Chinese medicine has an independent theoretical system,so it has its own unique understanding of headaches.Although there is no special classification and research on migraine in ancient books,the symptoms,causes and pathogenesis of migraine can be described in the descriptions of diseases such as “head wind” and “head wind”.Traditional Chinese medicine is rich in treatment methods,which can be divided into external treatment and internal treatment.Adhesion is one of the traditional methods of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.It can be used clinically for all kinds of acute and chronic diseases.By applying the treatment,the drug can be absorbed without the gastrointestinal tract,thereby reducing some side effects such as gastrointestinal reactions,and has the advantages of being portable and cheap.Based on the interpretation of migraine by Chinese medicine practitioners,the instructor conducted in-depth study on the relevant theories of TCM external treatment,and conducted a large number of literature research and analysis.Combined with the current research on transdermal drug delivery system,Supervisor developed the Juan tong tie as a new treatment for migraine treatment method.Objective To study the clinical analgesic effect of the Juan tong tie in the treatment of acute migraine without aura,and to explore the effect of different acupoint selection on clinical analgesia.Methods Sixty patients with migraine in our department of neurology were selected according to the clinical trial criteria of this subject.According to the random number table method,20 patients were divided into control group,20 in Fengchi acupoint treatment group and 20 in temple treatment group.In the subject,the control group was treated with oral rizatriptan benzoate tablets without additional treatment.The Fengchi acupoint treatment group was treated with acupuncture points on both sides of the Fengchi acupoint on the basis of the control group.The temple treatment group was also based on the control group,plus bilateral acupoint application.The pain relief,migraine onset duration,duration of analgesia,and concomitant symptoms were compared between the three groups in migraine patients.Results In terms of analgesic onset time,the effect of Fengchi acupoint treatment group and temple treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The duration of analgesia,the incidence of symptoms and the effective remission rate,the treatment group and the control can achieve good results in the improvement of accompanying symptoms(P<0.05).Although the treatment group is slightly better in the relevant data.In the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In this clinical trial,the acupoint sticking treatment group compared with the oral administration of rizatriptan benzoate tablets can help patients with migraine without aura to relieve pain more quickly in the acute phase,but it does not seem to have analgesic duration and efficiency.obvious advantage.
