In recent years,the number of diseases requiring rehabilitation treatment has increased year by year.Although China vigorously supports rehabilitation medical engineering and establishes a three-level rehabilitation medical system,the rehabilitation medical system and rehabilitation service points are still improving.Because occupational therapy in the field of rehabilitation treatment is far less concerned than physical and sports therapy,the development of occupational therapy is relatively weak,only staying at a single level of functional therapy,resulting in a single product of occupational therapy.And the service items are limited.As the research object of this topic,the products on the market only meet the basic needs of patients,that is,the treatment of diseases,while ignoring the psychological and emotional experience of patients.Game occupational therapy as a form of treatment,play is the key to attract patients,its purpose is to let patients' consciousness into the training game world,and the core training mode and methods of the game produce emotional resonance.However,most of the occupational therapy products in our country seldom study the way of playful implantation of rehabilitation groups and products themselves in the design,which leads to the major psychological problem of conflict therapy in the extremely dull treatment process for many patients.In order to solve this problem,based on the four levels of needs of the rehabilitation population,the design concept of combining game with occupational therapy products is put forward.Meanwhile,the performance characteristics,communication realization and design research methods of game are systematically analyzed.The composition system of function,form,color and core training mode of occupational therapy product was established,and the product structure was decomposed.The relationship between the main body,auxiliary body function,form and color and core training mode was clarified.The game use situation of core training mode of occupational therapy product was reconstructed by using situation symbolism method,and then according to patients' injury and recovery.The core training mode should be formulated at multiple levels.According to the above analysis,taking the wood cutter as the object of product design,digging the patients' needs in depth,and analyzing the existing wood cutter products and their design schemes comprehensively,pointing out the shortcomings and innovations,tracking data acquisition was carried out for theevaluation patients,and the core training mode of the product was evaluated by COPM method in stages.The results show that the training mode is effective for patients.Rehabilitation is effective and feasible.The result shows that the design scheme is more in line with the patients' needs of game therapy and can make patients experience more active,effective and interestingtraining process.
