The Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Graded Medical Treatment In Quanzhou

At present,China's overall medical resources are in short supply and the distribution of medical resources is unbalanced.High-quality medical resources are usually concentrated in big hospitals.Patients are more willing to choose big hospitals,which makes the primary medical and health institutions few visitors.The problem of"difficult and expensive to see a doctor"cannot get intrinsically solved.In order to change this situation and promote the popularization of medical service,the state has established a graded medical treatment service system,with a view to constructing a medical treatment model of treating minor illness in communities,serious illness in hospitals,and rehabilitation back to communities.This paper takes the graded medical treatment service system in Quanzhou as the research object,and comprehensively applies various methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and data analysis.Starting from the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of grading diagnosis and treatment,it systematically introduces domestic and foreign research status.By collecting and sorting out information about the actual operation of graded medical treatment service system in Quanzhou,adopting statistical analysis methods to obtain the degree of satisfaction of doctors and patients by questionnaire survey,and also conducting interviews with the administrators of the health department,with the interpretation of stakeholder theory and medical behavior theory,the paper studies the current problems encountered in the implementation of grading diagnosis and treatment measures in Quanzhou,involving the uneven distribution of medical and health resources,poor performance of the primary-level first diagnosis,poor two-way transfer treatment,unclear specific measures for the construction of medical treatment combination,and poor signing service of family doctors,and aims to explore the underlying reasons.Finally,from the problems and causes of graded medical treatment in Quanzhou,we will formulate feasible countermeasures:first,rationally distribute medical and health resources;second,improve the service capacity of primary health care institutions;third,formulate clear standards and processes of transfer treatment;fourth,strengthen the progress of the construction of the medical treatment combination;fifth,form a contractual service relationship with family doctors.The implementation of these countermeasures will promote the further implementation of Quanzhou's grading diagnosis and treatment,and also provide some reference for medical reform in other regions.
