Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Retrograde Psoriasis Vulgaris By Peiyuan Yifu Purging

Objective: To treat Psoriasis Vulgaris with Peiyuan Yifu and Fuxie method,so as to reduce the recurrence rate,prolong the maintenance time of remission period,reduce the degree of recurrence and the purpose of regressive disease.Methods: A total of 72 patients who were eligible for psoriasis regression for 1month and stable disease were enrolled.They were randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group was given oral Peiyuan purging prescription,and the control group did not give any drug intervention.Four weeks for 1 course,2 courses for treatment,and 2 weeks for follow-up.Care: Emotion management and life management for all included patients,and one copy of Psoriasis Science Data was distributed to each person to establish We Chat group and QQ group for follow-up.All patients were followed up once a month by telephone,and the patient came to the hospital once every 3 months for 12 months.The end of treatment,the recurrence rate,the duration of remission period,the change of the condition before and after treatment,and the degree of recurrence at the time of recurrence were recorded.The adverse reactions of the two groups were observed during the study.All data were processed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Consequence:1 During the actual clinical study,there were 6 cases of total shedding,66 cases of final completion,34 cases of treatment group,and 32 cases of control group.There were no significant differences in the general data(gender,age,the family history,the course of disease)and pre-treatment conditions(PASI score,pruritus the score,TCM symptom score,PQOLS score)between the two groups(P>0.05).2 Recurrence rate analysisThe recurrence rate of the treatment group was 29.4%;the recurrence rate of the control group was 81.0%;statistically significant(P<0.001),indicating that the recurrence rate of psoriasis was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group.3 Analysis of recurrence timeThe recurrence time of the two groups of follow-up patients were statistically analyzed,P=0.028< 0.05,indicating that the treatment group prolonged the recurrence time better than the control group.4 Analysis of maintenance time in a remission periodThe maintenance period of the treatment group is 10.62±2.70,and the maintenance time of the control group is 6.06±3.88,P<0.001,indicating that the treatment group prolonged the remission period is significantly better than the control group.5 Analysis of the degree of disease at the time of recurrenceThe comparison of PASI score and pruritus the score: P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group was better than the control group when the recurrence was reduced.6 Analysis of the disease after 8 weeks of regressionPASI score,pruritus the score,TCM symptom score,PQOLS score: Overall comparison between the two groups of patients before treatment and 4 weeks,8 weeks,the scores of the treatment group: P<0.001 in the treatment group,P>0.05 in the control group;After 8 weeks,the scores between the groups were compared: P<0.001;indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the stage of psoriasis regression.Conclusion:1 Pei Yuan benefit skin clearing evil method to treat psoriasis vulgaris regression can reduce the recurrence rate of psoriasis;2 Extend the maintenance period of the remission period;3 Reduce the severity of the disease at the time of recurrence;4 Reduce the condition of the degenerative period.
