Meta-analysis Of Acupuncture Combined With Bushen Huoxue Recipe For Intervention Of Low Ovarian Reserve Function

Objective: since twentieth Century,with the increasing pressure of women’s work and life,accelerated pace of life and changes in living environment,the incidence of ovarian reserve dysfunction(DOR)has increased year by year.Many women of childbearing age suffer from DOR,which are characterized by low menstrual volume,delayed menstruation,infertility,and so on,which seriously affect women’s physical and mental health.The specific disease names without DOR in Chinese medicine can be attributed to diseases such as menstrual volume,menstrual period,amenorrhea,infertility and so on.Chinese medicine treatment methods are varied,including traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and application,etc.Chinese medicine therapy can be used alone or in combination.Through clinical observation and literature review,the author has learned that acupuncture combined with Bushen Huoxue recipe for oral administration and external therapy has definite clinical curative effect and fewer side effects on DOR,which is worthy of attention by clinicians.Therefore,the aim of this study is to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Acupuncture combined with Bushen Huoxue Recipe for Oral Administration and External Therapy of DOR.Methods: Computer Search CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP information Chinese Science and Technology journal databases,Cbm,pubmed,embase and Cochrane,etc.,to collect acupuncture combined with Bushen Huoxue recipe for oral administration and external therapy for prevention and treatment of DOR randomized/semi-randomized controlled trial,The search time is the database establishment time until January 2019.Among them,the way of acupuncture treatment is uncertain,the treatment mode of Traditional Chinese medicine is oral.In the clinical observation of the study,the observation group was a combination of acupuncture combined with Bushen Huoxue recipe for oral administration and external therapy for prevention and treatment and the control group was a simple Chinese medicine or Western medicine group.Select the literature and extract the data according to the prescribed inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and use the "Bias Risk assessment tool" for quality assessment.Use Rev Man 5.3The software conducts Meta-analysis of the data.Because the control group has Chinese medicine and western medicine,so the 14 studies are divided into two groups for analysis.The combination of acupuncture combined with Bushen Huoxue recipe for oral administration and external therapy for prevention and treatment combined with Western medicine group was labeled Group 1,acupuncture combined with Bushen Huoxue recipe for oral administration and external therapy for prevention and treatment group labeled Group 2.The drugs in the control group in groups 1th and 2nd were not identical because the acupuncture acupoints and methods of the observation group included in the study were not identical with the taste and usage of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,after sensitivity analysis,the stochastic effect model is used to combine the effect amount.Results: the meta-analysis ultimately included 14 studies,totaling 1038 patients.In the clinical observation of meta-analysis,the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Bushen Huoxue recipe for oral administration and external therapy for prevention and treatment,while the control group was a simple Chinese medicine group or a western medicine group.The 14 groups were divided into two groups for analysis.The Chinese medicine plus kidney and blood activating acupuncture combined group was labeled as western medicine group(1),and the Chinese medicine combined with kidney and blood activating acupuncture group was labeled as 2 in comparison with the simple Chinese medicine group.Group 1 meta-analysis showed that acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine and Western medicine had significant advantages in improving efficiency,improving anti Mullerian hormone(AMH)and decreasing follicle stimulating hormone(FSH).On the other hand,meta-analysis did not suggest that acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs could significantly increase estradiol(E2).Second groups of meta analysis results showed that acupuncture and Chinese medicine compared with simple Chinese medicine,can significantly reduce FSH and FSH/ LH,significantly improve TCM symptom scores,and improve E2,AMH,antral follicle count(AFC)and improve the effective rate has obvious advantages;and 1038 patients in the study did not appear serious adverse reactions.Conclusion: The systematic evaluation suggests that acupuncture combined with Bushen Huoxue recipe for oral administration and external therapy for prevention and treatment to treat DOR has definite clinical efficacy and high safety,but at present,the diagnosis of ovarian reserve function decline at home and abroad in addition to the above indicators,there are inhibitors(IHNB),ovarian volume,ovarian matrix Blood Flow resistance index(RI),Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate and other indicators need to be further studied.And because of the low quality of literature research,the above conclusions need to be verified by normative multi-center,large sample high-quality research.
