The Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Recipe In Infertile Women With Diminished Ovarian Reserve: A Observational Study Of Single-Group

OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of Bushen Huoxue Recipe in infertile patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).METHODS: A single-group observational study was conducted on 96 cases who met the criteria.The pregnancy rate during the 3-month period and within 3 months after treatment was observed.The AFC and AMH of DOR patients were compared before and after treatment for 3 months.FSH,E2,the change of TCM syndrome scores and other outcomes were statistical analyzed.RESULTS: The baseline status of all patients was analyzed.With the increase of age,the ovarian reserve function gradually decreased.After treatment,the clinical pregnancy rate of these patients was 17.7%,there was correlation between the pregnancy rate and the different groups of age,significant difference(P<0.05)was found,and there was correlation between menstrual conditions and pregnancy rate in patients,it also has statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the FSH level and TCM syndrome scores were reduced(P<0.05),and the levels of AMH and E2 were improved(P<0.05),there was no significant change in AFC before and after treatment(P>0.05),the safety indicators were evaluated before and after treatment,no abnormalities and adverse events occurred during and after treatment.Conclusion: Therefore,Bushen Huoxue Recipe has a significant effect in improving ovarian reserve function,it can improve the clinical pregnancy rate,besides it is safe.
