Discussion On Intelligence Work For Security Issues In Medical Field

The innovation and development of new technologies are accelerating the changes in the international situation.The resistance,challenges,contradictions and security risks encountered in security and development have increased.The unpredictable new conditions of the world situation and the new environment of domestic social and economic development pose new challenges to the security and development of our country.China's information science community should focus on national security and development needs and further enrich our research perspectives,address various security risks faced by the country in the process of rapid development,and make new contributions to national security and development.We should solve the various security risks faced by the country in the process of rapid development and make new contributions to the security and development of the countryWith the improvement of the country's overall strength,the medical field has made great progress,but it also faces various security issues and risks like other fields.For example,frequent accidents such as vaccine safety incidents,surgical medical accidents,fake and inferior medical products in the medical field have adversely affected public life and seriously threatened national security and social stability during recent years.These problems are not only in the medical field,but also the oversight of intelligence work.It reflects that the prediction and prevention of safety and risk in the medical field in China is not perfect in China.This article has focus on medical field.There are some problems in China's medical field that affect national security according to the "Overall National Security Concept".Through detailed research on these problems,We summarized safety problems in the medical field,which are related to national economic security,national social security,national science and technology security,national network security,national nuclear safety and national overseas interest security.Furthermore,classify these security problems into five aspects:medical economy,medical supervision and management,medical services,medical technology and medical emergency rescue.We use goal-centered hierarchical analysis model to analysis each aspect of the problems with information science knowledge.The model includes these four processes:(1)intelligence target determination;(2)intelligence gathering processing;(3)intelligence analysis;(4)intelligence utilization and feedback.Finally,we found it is effectively and helpful to help decision makers solve those problems in the medical fieldIt is found that the intelligence work in the medical field is still relatively backward according to the analysis of the status of intelligence work in the medical field.There are four main problems:the imperfect medical intelligence system,passive attitude of the medical intelligence services,lack of cooperation and communication in the medical intelligence field and lack of medical intelligence talents.Therefore,starting from solving these four main problems in the medical field in China,we propose to improve the intelligence system construction,establish correct information services concept,promote information cooperation and exchanges in the medical field,and pay more attention to the building of medical intelligence talents teamHope these suggestions can improve the intelligence work in the medical field.Hope delivered information and proposals may help on the healthy development in medical field.
