| Objectives:To explore the clinical effects of superb microvascular imaging(SMI)and intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(ICUS)on benign and malignant gastric lesions. Methods: 150 patients with suspected gastric lesions in the oral gastric ultrasound imaging window(oral contrast ultrasonography,OCUS)agent,on the basis of the SMI technology with ICUS,analysis technology and ICUS SMI check in different image characteristics of gastric lesions, with gastroscope forceps or surgical removal of the lesions pathologic results as a diagnostic criteria, calculate the sensitivity of the two types of inspection, specific degree, accuracy,Positive predictive value and negative predictive value, analysis of SMI and ICUS two inspection diagnosis efficiency. Results:A total of 150 cases of suspected gastric lesions,89 cases of malignant lesions were confirmed by pathology, all of which were gastric cancer and 61 cases of benign lesions.SMI technology diagnosis: 81 cases of malignantlesions, postoperative pathology confirmed gastric cancer,69 cases of benign lesions;ICUS examination and diagnosis: 83 cases of malignant lesions, all of which were confirmed by postoperative pathology as gastric cancer, and 67 cases of benign lesions. The results of SMI examination were similar to those of ICUS examination in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of gastric wall, with sensitivity(77.5% vs.80.9%),specificity(80.3% vs.82.0%),accuracy(78.6% vs.81.3%),positive predictive value(85.2% vs.86.7%),and negative predictive value(71.0% vs.74.6%).There was no statistically significant difference between SMI and ICUS(P > 0.05).Conclusions: Ultravascular imaging and intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasound can be used to identify the benign and malignant gastric lesions;Ultrafine angiography and intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasound are complementary to each other, which can provide reference for the clinical development of gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment plans;Ultravascular imaging technology can effectively observe the blood flow through branches of gastric cancer, which has a high value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant gastric lesions. |
