Objective Application of Ultrasound Elastography(UE)to test the breast lesions and the elasticity score,to explore the blood flow classification of breast cancer,clinical stage and molecular biological indicators of ER,PR,Ki67,HER-2and the correlation of Ultrasonic elasticity score..Methods Selection of surgery of 71 patients with breast cancer in women,a total of 71 cases of breast cancer,with substantial lesions the biggest diameter? 3 cm as the research object,before lesions did not conduct any operation and the treatment of patients with breast lesions line two-dimensional ultrasound(2D-US)and color Doppler flow imaging,(CDFI)and Ultrasonic Elastography(UE)inspection,adopt Bao-ming Luo improvement of breast cancer for the elastic oven score 5 points method,and the study analyzed the blood flow classification of breast cancer,TNM staging,molecular biological indicators such as estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),cell proliferation index Ki67 andhuman epidermal growth factor receptor 2(her-2).Results The blood flow classification of breast cancer was positively correlated with the ultrasonic elasticity score(r=0.236,p<0.05),indicating that the blood flow classification of breast cancer increased and the ultrasonic elasticity score was higher.The clinical TNM staging of breast cancer was positively correlated with the ultrasonic elasticity score(r=0.448,p<0.01),the higher the clinical stage of breast cancer,the higher the ultrasonic elasticity score.Breast cancer positive and negative expression of ER ultrasonic elasticity score comparison,is a statistical difference(p < 0.05),breast cancer positive and negative expression of PR ultrasonic elasticity score comparison,is a statistical difference(p < 0.05),the high Ki67 of breast cancer compared with lower expression of ultrasonic elasticity score,statistically significant(p < 0.05),indicate that UE scores relate to the ER,PR,and Ki67 expression levels of breast cancer;there was no statistical difference between the positive and negative expression of breast cancer HER-2(p > 0.05).Conclusions Ultrasonic elasticity score associated with blood flow classification of breast lesions,ultrasound elastography can evaluation of breast lesions hardness,elastic score can prompt TNM staging of breast lesions and ER,PR,Ki67 expression level,provide a reference for clinical preliminary judgment breast cancer patients with focal information.
