Objective: ultrasonic elastography(UE)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 130 patients with breast lesions treated in our hospital from June 2014 to October 2016 were collected. The ultrasonic elastography and 3.0T MRI were compared with the results of pathological examination. The ultrasonic elastography and 3.0T MRI were compared with the mass, spiculation and calcification. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for breast benign and malignant lesions was 73.3%and 67.4%,respectively.The ultrasonic elastography for benign and malignant breast lesions was74.6% and 75.6% respectively, and CDUS elasticity imaging was sensitive to mass But the sensitivity to calcification and spiculation is not high.MRI is sensitive to burr and mass, but low sensitivity to calcification. Both applications have their own advantages and disadvantages.ultrasonic elastography with MRI can further improve the detection rate of tumor mass, spicule and calcification in breast cancer patients(?2 = 10.736,3.125,22.428,P <0.05).Conclusion: ultrasonic elastography and MRI alone for the diagnosis of breast cancer have a certain degree of misdiagnosis, misdiagnosis rate, but the combination of the two,the breast lumps, spikes, calcification of the diagnosis rate was significantly improved, can provide early diagnosis of breast cancer reference.
