Objective:To investigate the clinical and pathological manifestations of liver cirrhosis combined with glomerular damage, and to analyze the characteristics of its laboratory indicators and renal pathology. Methods: To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of patients who diagnosis of liver cirrhosis with glomerular damage and undergoing renal biopsy, and these patients were admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from October 2003 to June 2018.To analysis the clinical manifestations, pathological features and treatment of the patients with cirrhosis complicated with glomerular damage.Results:1.In this study,34 patients with cirrhosis complicated with glomerular damage were collected, who underwent renal biopsy at the same time,including30 males and 4 females. The male to female ratio of patients is 7.5:1,aged 19-71 years, and average year old was(44.74±13.94)in this study.2.The clinical manifestations of 34 patients with cirrhosis complicated with renal damage as follows :30 cases of hypoalbuminemia(88.24%),27 cases of renal insufficiency(79.41%),21 cases of large amount of urinary protein(61.76%),IgM increased in 18 cases(52.94%),17 cases of microscopic hematuria(50%),serum IgG decreased in 13 cases(38.23%),hypo-complementemia in 8 cases(23.53%),serum IgA increased in 10 cases(29.41%).3.Among the 34 patients,26 cases was hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with glomerular damage,8 cases was alcoholic cirrhosis complicated with glomerular damage.4.The retrospective analysis of renal pathological types of hepatitis B cirrhosis with glomerular damage was: membranous nephropathy in 10 cases(38.46%),IgA nephropathy in 7 cases(26.92%),and membrane proliferative glomerulonephritis in 4 cases(15.48%),minimal pathological nephropathy in 3cases(11.54%),focal stage glomerulosclerosisn in 1 case(3.85%),and capillary proliferative glomerulonephritis in 1 case(3.85%).Renal pathological types of alcoholic cirrhosis with glomerular damage were: membranous nephropathy in 5cases(62.50%),non-IgA mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis in 2 cases(25.00%),focal stage glomerulosclerosis 1 cases(12.50%).Conclusion:1.The most common pathological types of hepatitis B cirrhosis with glomerular damage are membranous nephropathy and IgA nephropathy.2.The most common pathological types of alcoholic cirrhosis with glomerular damage are membranous nephropathy and non-IgA mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis.3.Pathological type of liver cirrhosis with glomerular damage are various, and renal biopsy should be performed as soon as possible to confirm the pathological type.
