Background and purposeChinese census incidence of liver cancer in the world ranking first in the world,Male37.9/l0million,women12.3/10million. In China liver cancer mortality accountedfor18.8%of all cancer deaths,After gastric cancer. Most of patients with liver cancerassociated with varying degrees of liver cirrhosis in our country.Early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment to play the most important rolein the extension of cirrhosis and liver cancer survival. Development of diagnosticimaging technique which improves the accuracy of early diagnosis, Especially thedevelopment of three-dimensional imaging technique Provides a new method for thediagnosis and therapy. Using three-dimensional reconstruction techniques can be moreaccurately measured by the size of the liver volume、understanding the way the bloodsupply of primary liver cancer and have very important role in the choice of surgicaloptions. The first partThe correlation of CT measurement of volume inpatients with liver cirrhosis and liver functionObjective To evaluate of multi-slice CT measuring the consistency of liver volume and to explore the relationship between liver volume measurement in patients withcirrhosis and liver function. Methods With the GE64-slice CT Workstation (Advanced Workstation4.3)semi-automatic method of measuring liver volume to measure to measure liver volume.Measuring the volume of10cases in the control group without liver diseases and30cases of patients with cirrhosis. Check the30cases of conventional liver function incirrhotic patients and Child–Pugh classification. Comparison between liver volumewith Child-Pugh classification, follow-up The occurrence of hepatic encephalopathyafter surgery. Results Different observers to measure liver volume in the control group were(1258.65±113.22) cm3,(1274.33±104.09) cm3,There was no statistically significantdifference between the two. Liver volume differences between the control group and thecirrhosis group Child-Pugh B grade、class C, class A and class C, class B and class Cwere statistically significant,P<0.01;No statistical significance between The controlgroup with A grade、class A and class B,P values were0.539、0.120.Conclusion Has the repeatability in using Multi-slice CT to measure the liver volume.Liver volume in evaluating liver reserve function may be more sensitivity than Child–Pugh classification. The second partThe CT manifestations of the blood supply of primaryhepatocellular carcinoma with pathologic correlationObjective To study the CT features of primary hepatocellular carcinoma blood suppliesand pathological basis, in order to improve the imaging diagnostic accuracy. Methods retrospective analysis70cases of PHCC CT performance proved by surgicalpathology and pathological results control study. Results in the70cases,.53cases of Arterial blood supply,3case of Portal bloodsupply,7case of arterial combining with portal blood supply,7cases of poorly bloodsupply,30cases of differentiated PHCC,40cases of poorly differentiated PHCC.Differences between different differentiation degree of blood supply, and there isstatistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Most PHCC arterial blood supply, a small part of supplied by portal blood, arterial combining with portal blood or lack of blood supplies. Way of PHCC bloodsupply associated with the degree of differentiation of cancer cells.
