Study On Safety Management Of Hospital Logistics Support Facilities Based On JCI Standard

With the rapid development of medical service and the continuous improvement of demand in China,the ability of hospitals to provide a safe and secure overall environment is becoming increasingly important.As an important support system for the normal operation of the hospital,the development of the safety management of the hospital logistics guarantee facility is the focus of the overall safety management of the hospital.The research on it is of great significance to improve the comprehensive service level of the hospital.Some achievements have been made in the research on the safety management of hospital logistics support facilities by scholars at home and abroad.At the same time,the application of JCI standard in hospital facilities management is also studied in part.However,at present,there is no systematic study on the safety management of hospital logistics support facilities based on JCI standard.In particular,most of the domestic hospitals in the logistics support facilities security management work has not formed a mature system,management effectiveness is limited.This paper through the investigation and interview results of the personnel of hospital logistics support department,expert interview and combined with relevant literature,summarize the safety management problems existing in each stage of logistics support facilities.Refer to the analysis of the causes of the five main factors of “personnel,equipment,material,method and environment” in total quality management,and combining the JCI standard,this paper puts forward the improvement idea of work perfection.Finally,through the establishment of a combination of action and spirit of the overall management system,to form an effective solution strategy to help improve the effectiveness of the safety management of hospital logistics support facilities.The analysis of the practice results of the safety management of the logistics support facilities in ZL hospital provides support for the research of this paper.At the same time,through summing up relevant experiences and lessons,the reasonable implementation suggestions and future prospects are put forward.
