Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Urban Employees' Medical Insurance Fund

As an important part of the social security system of our country,the medical insurance of urban workers and workers is an important part of the social security system of our country,which is an important part of the social security system of our country,which is related to the stability and development of our society.In recent years,with the improvement of the people's living standards and the increasing demand for medical services,the income and expenditure of medical insurance funds for urban workers and workers have shown a trend of rapid increase year by year.The practice of the income and expenditure of the medical insurance fund for urban workers is closely related to the rights and interests of the workers in the cities and towns.In order to ensure that the staff and workers can enjoy the corresponding rights and interests in time,the establishment of the medical insurance system for urban workers has gone for nearly twenty years,but it is still necessary.Recognizing the objective problems existing in the fund's income and expenditure,ensuring the reliable source and reasonable expenditure of the fund,is the primary task of the current medical insurance fund management of urban workers and workers,and also the most important part of the reform of the medical insurance system for urban workers.Through the construction of the performance evaluation system,this paper will select the income and expenditure of medical insurance fund in F city of F Province as the research object to carry on the performance analysis,which is of great practical significance and theoretical significance in the background of the current medical insurance reform.This paper,based on the current research status of the medical insurance fund of urban workers and workers at home and abroad,combines the strategic objectives of the Balanced Scorecard with the target of the performance evaluation of the income and expenditure of urban workers' medical insurance fund,and determines the index of the performance evaluation system of medical insurance for urban workers including 21 two level indicators.Set up urban employees' medical insurance fund income and expenditure performance evaluation index.The performance evaluation index is used to analyze the status of the medical insurance fund of urban workers in F city from 2014 to 2017,and analyze the actual situation in the collection and payment of medical insurance fund for urban workers in F City,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the existing problems of the income and expenditure of medical insurance fund of urban workers and workers in F city..According to the research of this paper,the performance evaluation index is the factor that may affect the medical insurance revenue and expenditure of urban workers and workers,and the concept and significance of the factors are expounded comprehensively and systematically.The weight ratio of each index in the perforrmance evaluation system is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process.In view of the influence of various factors on the income and expenditure of the medical insurance fund for urban workers and workers,this paper puts forward some reasonable and feasible suggestions to improve the income and expenditure of the urban workers' insurance fund,which is helpful for the improvement of the medical insurance system for urban workers and the reform of the new medical system.
