The Clinical Observation Of CNAG(Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation Syndrome) Treated By Chaipingtanghuacai

Objective:The observed Chaipingtanghuacai will lead to the laying of atrophic gastritis(Spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome)and the clinical curative effect,the subjects' evaluation of Chinese traditional medicine Chaipingtanghuacai is changed to cure chronic non atrophic gastritis(Spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome)and the recent clinical efficacy and safety.Methods : 1.This study was conducted from July 2017 to December 2017 in the department of spleen and stomach diseases of the hospital of shanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine.All the patients were diagnosed as chronic non-atrophic gastritis by gastroscopy before the experiment,and the syndrome was consistent with the spleen deficiency syndrome.The subjects were randomly divided into 30 cases of treatment group and 30 patients in the control group according to the sequence of treatment.There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups.There was no significant difference in TCM syndromes and gastroscopy in the two groups before treatment,which was comparable.2.The treatment group gave the Chinese medicine Chaipingtanghuacai,2 doses per day;The control group was given 10mg/ time of doperridone tablets,30 minutes before the meal,and 3 times a day.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,and the efficacy was evaluated after 1 to 2 weeks after 1 course of treatment.During treatment,other drugs that affect the efficacy of the treatment are stopped,and the food is stimulated with a fast and spicy food.During the treatment,the subjects will come to visit or follow up.If there is any discomfort,treat or adjust the treatment.The results of gastroscopy,TCM syndromes and symptomatic integrals were determined by referring to the efficacy evaluation criteria.3.SPSS18.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of all data.Results:1.Improvement of clinical symptoms.(1)Two independent samples by nonparametric test comparison between groups comprehensive curative effect,according to two group total effective rate of treatment group was 86.6%,the control group was 76.7%,the statistical analysis for comparison between groups(P < 0.05,statistically difference,show the comprehensive curative effectof phase compared with control group,the treatment group showed a clear advantage.(2)Two independent samples by nonparametric test to compare the gastroscope efficacy of two groups of patients,according to two groups total effective rate was 86.6%and 86.6% respectively,the statistical analysis for comparison between groups(P < 0.05,statistically significant,indicating that the phase compared to the control group,the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group showed a clear advantage.(3)Before treatment of the two groups of patients,the scores of the two groups were integrated with the rank sum test,and P>0.05 indicated that there was no significant difference and comparability between the two groups.Two groups of patients after treatment,the rank and inspection after the relevant statistical analysis,P < 0.05,proving that it was statistically significant,the integration of two groups of patients before by a corresponding decline,prove comparison after treatment were improved.After statistical analysis,P<0.05 was confirmed to be statistically significant.The results showed that compared with the control group,the treatment group showed an obvious therapeutic advantage in all aspects.2.Safety indexes: no obvious abnormal adverse reactions were observed in both groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:On the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation,this study aims at chronic non-atrophic gastritis(Spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome).Pathogenesis,the treatment of the disease with the therapeutic effect of Chaipingtanghuacai,which has the function of reconciliation and spleen,is more routine.Western medicine treatment has obvious advantage.To explain the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(Spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome)by ChaipingtanghuacaiThere are definite effects.
