Objective:To observe the effects of combined respiratory acupuncture and anesthesia on anxiety, heart rate and blood pressure in patients with coronary interventional anxiety.Provides the basis for clinical care. Methods:One hundred and twenty patients scheduled for coronary intervention during January2017 to September 2017 in a tertiary hospital were selected and met the inclusion criteria.Patients were divided into three groups using a random number table method.Respiratory group(breathing method),Massage group(acupoint massage),combination group(breathing evacuation combined with acupressure),40 cases in each group. After routine treatment and nursing on the 3rd day before surgery, the respiratory group applied breath vomiting for 30 minutes, the massage group took acupressure massage for 30 minutes, and the combined group used breath and phlegm combined with acupressure for 30 minutes. The three intervention methods At 16:00 daily on the 3rd day before surgery,it was strengthened one evening before surgery. The SAS,ECG monitor were used to compare the anxiety, heart rate, blood pressure, and patient satisfaction before and after intervention in the three groups of patients.Test data were statistically analyzed according to statistical software SPSS17.0.Result:1.General informationThis study selected 120 patients undergoing coronary intervention in the Department of Cardiology of a top-three hospital in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province, from January 2017 to March 2017.These patients met the exclusion criteria, including 74 males and 46 females, respectively. The number of people is 61.67% and 38.33%.The average age is54.58±7.82 years old. There was no significant difference in the general data between the three groups before the nursing intervention, such as age, place of residence, education level, occupation, family income, marriage, payment method, past history, and cognitive status of the disease(P>0.05).The groups are comparable.2.AnxietyFrom the overall situation of patient anxiety, the anxiety scores of the first three groupsof nursing interventions were 63.62±8.52,and the difference between the groups was P>0.05.The difference was not statistically significant and comparable. After the intervention, the anxiety scores of the three groups were lower than before the intervention,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the respiratory group and massage group after intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention, the anxiety score of the combined group was lower than that of the respiratory group and the massage group respectively,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant. It can be shown that the combination group is superior to the respiratory group and the massage group in reducing preoperative anxiety in patients undergoing coronary intervention. From the perspective of patient anxiety, the first three groups of patients had different degrees of anxiety,25% of them were severe anxiety,35.8% were moderate anxiety, and 39.2% were mild anxiety. The degree of anxiety in the three groups of patients changed after intervention, with 3.3% of patients with severe anxiety,20.83% of patients with moderate anxiety,45.83% of patients with mild anxiety, and 30% of patients without anxiety. From the number and percentage of cases of different anxiety patients before and after the intervention, the overall anxiety of patients showed a downward trend.3.Heart rate, blood pressureBefore the intervention, the patient's heart rate, blood pressure(systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure)showed no significant difference,P> 0.05,comparable.After the intervention, the heart rate and blood pressure of the three groups were more stable than before the intervention. From the perspective of the overall status of the patient's blood pressure grading, the degree of blood pressure grading showed a steady trend after intervention. After the patient's intervention, heart rate, blood pressure comparison, breathing group and massage group,P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the respiratory group and massage group have the same effect on the stability of heart rate, blood pressure. The heart rate and blood pressure of the combined group were compared with those of the respiratory group and the massage group respectively,P<0.05.It can be seen that the combined group had better effect on the stable heart rate and blood pressure than the combination group and the massage group.Conclusion:1.Respiratory acupuncture, acupoint massage, and respiratory aspiration combined with acupoint massage had some improvement in anxiety, heart rate, and blood pressure in patients with coronary artery disease.2.The effects of respiratory evacuation and acupressure on the anxiety, heart rate and blood pressure of patients undergoing coronary intervention were similar.3.Breathing combined with acupressure massage has better effects on patients' anxiety, heart rate and blood pressure before coronary intervention than that of respiratory acupuncture and acupressure.4.The combination of respiratory and expiratory combined acupoint massage has better effects on patients' anxiety, heart rate, and blood pressure before coronary intervention than that of respiratory evacuation and acupressure.
