Clincal Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Nape Cluster Acupuncture Combined With Sishencong Acupunctrue Method On Post-stroke Congnitive Imparment

Objective: In this research,the treatment of Post-stroke cognitive impairment with Nape cluster acupuncture combined with Si shencong acupuncture was carried out.The MoCA scale,MMSE scale and ADL scale of PSCI patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy of the combination of nape cluster acupuncture and Si shencong acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment,to provide a new method and idea for the future treatment of PSCI.Methods: 60 patients with PSCI were selected from sixth department of Encephalopathy in Anhui Acupuncture Hospital.They were divided into treatment group(n=30),control group(n=30),according to the principle of randomized control and the order of hospitalization.The patients in both groups were treated by routine medical treatment and routine acupuncture treatment,while those in the control group were treated with Donepezil orally,the patients in the treatment group were treated with Nape Cluster Acupuncture combined with Si shencong acupuncture,the patients in the control group and the treatment group were treated for one week as a course of treatment,among them acupuncture treatment 6 days,rest 1 day(Monday to Saturday),and the two groups were continuously treated for 8 courses.After treatment,the changes of cognitive function of PSCI patients were evaluated by comparing MoCA scale,MMSE scale and ADL scale before and after treatment.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,that of the control group was 83.3%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)After 8 weeks of treatment,the MMSE,MoCA scale in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the MMSE,MoCA score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of treatment,the ADL scale in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the ADL score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The nape cluster acupuncture combined with Si shencong acupuncture can effectively improve the cognitive function of the patients with PSCI,and can also improve the patients’ ability of daily living.(2)The improvement of cognitive function and ability of daily living in patients with PSCI was better than that of oral Donepezil,and the adverse reaction caused by oral Donepezil could be avoided.(3)The treatment of PSCI by nape cluster acupuncture combined with Sishencong acupuncture is effective,simple,safe and effective,so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
