Objectives:Tostudy the expressions and significance of Extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer CD147 and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in patients with ovarian endometriosis.Methods:1.The experiment was divided into three groups:1)OEMs ectopic group:the cyst wall of the ovarian cyst of 30 patients with ovarian endometriosis after surgery.2)OEMs eutopic group:preoperative biopsy of the eutopic endometrium of 30 patients with ovarian endometriosis.3)control group:preoperative biopsy of the eutopic endometrium of 30 patients with simple ovarian cyst or benign teratoma.2.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CD147and MMP-9 in the three groups of intimal tissue.3.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data. The expression differences of CD147 and MMP-9 in the three groups were tested by chi-square test,P<0.05 was statistically significant,Spearman Rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between CD147 and MMP-9 in each group,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.CD147 was expressed in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of the epithelial glands of ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium in patients with ovarian endometriosis and in control endometrial tissue in patients with simple ovarian cyst or teratoma, but low in mesenchymal cells; The positive expression rates in ectopic group and eutopic group and control group were respectively 70%(21/30),63.33%(19/30)and 26.67%(8/30).The positive expression rate of CD147 in the three groups was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).,pairwise comparison among the three groups showed that the positive expression rate of CD147 in the ectopic and eutopic endometrial groups were both higher than those in the control group, and both the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05?P<0.05).The positive expression rate in the ectopic group was higher than that in the eutopic group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.MMP-9 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of the epithelial glands of ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium in patients with ovarian endometriosis and in control endometrial tissue in patients with simple ovarian cyst or teratoma, but is low expressed in mesenchymal cells. The positive expression rates in ectopic group and eutopic group and control group were respectively 66.67%(20/30),56.67%(17/30)and 30%(9/30).The positive expression rate of MMP-9 in the three groups was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),pairwise comparison among the three groups showed that the positive expression rate of MMP-9 in the ectopic and eutopic endometrial groups were both higher than that in the control group, and both the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05?P<0.05).The positive expression rate in the ectopic group was higher than that in the eutopic group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Spearman Rank correlation analysis showed that the positive expression of CD147 and MMP-9 in the ectopic group of patients with ovarian endometriosis were positively correlated(r_s=0.463),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression of CD147 and MMP-9 in the eutopic group were not correlated(r_s=-0.107),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The positive expression of CD147 and MMP-9 in control group were not correlated(r_s=-0.066),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.CD147 was expressed in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of epithelial cells in ectopic intima and eutopic intima with ovarian endometriosis and in the intima of the control group, and the positive expression rate was highest in the heterotopic intima.CD147 may be involved in the incidence of endometriosis.2.MMP-9 is mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of epithelial cells in ectopic intima and eutopic intima with ovarian endometriosis and in the intima of the control group, including the positive expression rate is highest in ectopic endometrium,MMP-9 May through the degradation of extracellular matrix and basement membrane, increased cell adhesion and invasion ability, involved in the process of endometrial cells grow in the local invasion.3.CD147 and MMP-9 are positively correlated in ectopic endometrium of ovarian endometriosis, and they may interact with each other in the pathogenesis of endometriosis, promoting the occurrence of endometriosis.
