Objective:To assess the current status of achieving lipid target rate among elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and to explore its risk factors. Methods:This study enrolled 450 elderly patients who had been diagnosed with coronary heart disease for more than one years during January 2017 to January 2018,and had been regularly accepted the secondly prevention of coronary heart disease. The patients' characters, included gender, age, time of coronary heart disease, past history(Hypertension,Diabetes),laboratory results(TC,TG,LDL,N-HDL,serum glucose, creatinine, glycosylated hemoglobin),examination results(coronary angiography, cardiac ultrasound, carotid ultrasound).According to the guideline, the patients were divided into eligible group and ineligible group. Then the two groups were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate analysis. Results:Among the 450 elderly patients enrolled with coronary heart disease,192 patients had arriving the target of LDL level(including 153 males and 39 females). The overall success rate of LDL was 42.67%.274 patients achieved N-HDL level(including 199 males and 60 females),and the overall success rate of N-HDL was60.89%.In the independent risk factor analysis, the factors that influencing the LDL and N-HDL success rate were gender, diabetes, serum glucose level and its level,(p< 0.05).In multivariate regression analysis, gender, diabetes and serum glucose levels were all factors that influencing LDL success rate. The same risk factors for N-HDL,but without diabetes.Compared with patients without diabetes mellitus, the success rate of serum lipid in patients with diabetes mellitus was lower, and the risk factors in patients with diabetes included gender and smoking. As for N-HDL,the success rate have nothing with serum glucose level, but gender. Conclusions:The results of this study indicate that the elderly patients with CHD whoundergone second prevention have higher success rate of serum lipid.Gender and diabetes are the main factors affecting the serum lipid compliance rate in elderly patients with CHD,and N-HDL have higher success rate than LDL.
