Objective:In order to understand the level of blood lipids, blood glucose control and blood pressure control in elderly patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes, and to further analyze the relevant factors affecting the rate of success serum lipid target. Methods:A retrospective study was used to analyze the clinical data of elderly patients who were diagnosed as hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes in the first affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from August 2018 to July 2019.By collecting general data of patients(sex, age, culture, smoking, drinking, family history, course of hypertension, course of type 2 diabetes),complications(Coronary heart disease(CHD),Cerebral infarction(CI),Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD))and laboratory results(Total cholesterol(TC),Triglyceride(TG),Low density lipoprotein(LDL),High density lipoprotein(HDL),Non-high density lipoprotein(N-HDL),Hemoglobin(Hb),Albumin(ALB),Creatinine(Cr),Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),Postprandial blood glucose 2 hours(2hFBG),Glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),blood pressure).According to whether the blood lipids reach the target value(LDL,N-HDL),the patients were divided into target group and non-target group. The clinical data collected were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis to identify the potential influencing factors of the rate of success serum lipid target in elderly patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes.Results:1.A total of 443 eligible patients(male 234,female 209)were included.37.47% of the patients' LDL level reached the target value.(LDL < 1.8mmol/L).51.02% of the patients' N-HDL level reached the target value.(N-HDL < 2.6mmol/L).2.45.37% of the patients' blood pressure reached the target value.(according to age stratification, the blood pressure reached the target value),and 51.69% of the patients reached the blood glucose reached the target value.(HbAlc ? 7.0).3?Univariate analysis showed that the rate of success LDL target was correlated with age, combined with CI,Hb and ALB in patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes. The rate of success N-HDL target was related to age, combined with CHD,combined with CI,Hb,ALB,HbAlc,whether blood pressure and blood glucose reached the target value.4.Multivariate analysis showed that the rate of success LDL target in elderly patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus was related to combined with CI and HbAlc,and the rate of success N-HDL target was related to combined with CHD,combined with CI and HbAlc.5.Univariate analysis showed that the rate of success LDL target was correlated with CI history and Hb in patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with CHD,and the rate of success N-HDL target is related to combined with CI.6.Multivariate analysis showed that the rate of success LDL target in patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with CHD was related to the history of CI,and the rate of success N-HDL target was related to gender, combined with CI,SBP and Cr.Conclusions:1.The main factors affecting the rate of success serum lipid target in elderly patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus are HbAlc,combined with CI and combined with CHD.2.Among the elderly patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with CHD,the main factors affecting the rate of success serum lipid target are gender, combined with CI,SBP and Cr.
