Objective:The purpose of this study is to study the Green Mode Health Education Model(PRECEDE-PROCEED)to construct the status of the hospital violence during the internship period and the level of protection ability, education status and needs questionnaire, systematically evaluate the violent incidents of nursing students during clinical internships.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, based on the Greene model,a health education plan was developed and implemented for the weak links that existed, and the effect of the Green mode on the use of protective education for violent incidents in nursing home hospitals was explored.Methods:(1)Construct a questionnaire using Delphi's correspondence method.15 experts from relevant fields were selected to conduct two rounds of correspondence to measure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.(2)Conduct a baseline survey using descriptive research methods. It is convenient to sample 60 people in the mid-term internship in a top three hospital in Nanchang. They use a self-made questionnaire to investigate the current situation of violent incidents in hospitals, analyze the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of nurses against violent incidents, and understand Nursing students explain the current status of professional education and educational needs.Randomized digital table method was used to randomly divide the nursing students into the experimental group(30 people)and the intervention group(30 patients)to compare whether the two groups of nurses had differences before the intervention.(3)Intervention studies using experimental research methods.One-month intensive education was given to the nursing students in the intervention group, and they were given regular follow-up visits to provide continuous guidance. The nursing students in the control group only distributed written materials for self-study.When the nursing students completed the internship, they were surveyed again to comparewhether the two groups of nursing students had differences after the intervention, and the nursing students responded to the violent incidents to evaluate the intervention effect.Results:(1)In this investigation,23.33% of the nursing students encountered hospital violence during the internship. The violent incidents were all language attacks,of which 16.67% were insults and 6.67% were threats;the main incident occurred in the ward.,accounting for 72.73%;the main perpetrators are patients and family members, each accounting for 45.45%;the impact on nursing students is mainly the decline in work enthusiasm(45.45%),the idea of ??leaving the job(9.09%),anxiety or depression(9.09%)The main coping styles of nursing students are tolerance(33.33%),patient explanation(33.33%),unreasonable(16.67%),counter-attack(5.56%),and help colleagues(5.56)%);the reporting rate is only 18.18%.(2)The scores of the violent incident protection questionnaires of the nursing students in the hospitals before the intervention were: protective knowledge questionnaire 26.13±2.17,protective attitude questionnaire 33.57±2.27,protective behavior questionnaire 25.53±3.05;intervention group nursing protection knowledge questionnaire 26.27± 2.02,protective attitude questionnaire 32.87±2.16,protective behavior questionnaire 25.87±2.50;nursing education needs,85% nursing students have not studied specialized courses,88.3% nursing students have not participated in relevant training,98.3% nursing students are willing to participate in such Training. There were no significant differences in general information, violent incidents, and violent incident prevention knowledge, attitudes, behavioral questionnaire scores, and educational needs between the intervention group and the control group.(3)After the intervention, the questionnaires of the violent incident protection questionnaires of the nursing students in the hospital were: 26.20±2.39 for the protection knowledge questionnaire,34.57±1.91 for the protective attitude questionnaire,26.40±2.78 for the protective behavior questionnaire, and 28.20± for the protective knowledge of the intervention group.1.40,protective attitude questionnaire 34.53±2.56,protective behavior questionnaire 27.39±21.8,theprotective knowledge of the intervention group was higher than the control group(p<0.01);the protective behavior score of the intervention group was higher than the control group(p<0.05);Protective attitudes There were no significant differences between the two groups of nursing students.Conclusion:1.The lack of knowledge of college nursing students in dealing with violence in hospitals is serious and the protective behavior is poor. However, nursing students have a strong sense of protection and a positive attitude.2.Using Green Health Education Mode to intervene in nursing students can improve the knowledge level of nursing students' protection against violent incidents in hospitals and strengthen the protective behavior of nursing students.3.Since the violence in the hospital is not happening in the internship of each nursing student, and the sample size of this experiment is too small, the Green model can not significantly reduce the incidence of violence in the nursing home hospital, but it can be found through intervention. After the education, the nursing students responded more diversely and reported higher rates.
