BackgroundThe current global number of deaths from cancer is only less than heart disease[1].China is a big developing country. Most people in the country are not aware of health care.Lung cancer is often insidious. When the typical symptoms of lung cancer appear, most of the conditions have progressed to the middle and late stage[2].A large number of studies have pointed out that the timely diagnosis of early lung cancer is the key to a good prognosis for lung cancer patients.Only by thoroughly understanding the clinical characteristics of patients with lung cancer can we be able to know and understand in the process of diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. This article studies the clinical features of lung cancer patients in our hospital in the past two years.ObjectiveThis paper collected clinical data of 367 patients with central lung cancer diagnosed by bronchoscopy during the period from September 2016 to September 2018 in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University. It aims to enhance clinicians'understanding of the clinical features of lung cancer. It provides some reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.MethodsThis paper interviewed the Huaihe Hospital of Henan University, from September 2016 to September2018,the clinical data of 367 patients with central lung diagnosed by bronchoscopy. The paper reviewed the clinical data of bronchoscopy, pathological type, microscopic, pathological location, clinical symptoms, serum tumor marker level, confirmed age, gender, smoking preference and other clinical data. The paper data and drawing were processed by SPSS19.0,WPS2016 and GraphPad Prism6.0.Results1.Thesis studies 367 patients with lung cancer.Among these patients, the positive rate of clamp test was 79.75%,the positive rate of brush test was 56.77%,the positive rate of alveolar lavage was 25.33%,and the positive rate of combined methods of brushing, clamping and alveolar lavage 96.74%was significantly higher than 3 single methods?P<0.05?;Among these 367 patients with lung cancer, squamous cell carcinoma accounted for 36.0%,the highest incidence, adenocarcinoma accounted for 33.0%,second only to squamous cell carcinoma, the contrast was not statistically significant?P=0.3929?,followed by small cell lung cancer and other type of lung cancer.2.Under normal circumstances, men are more likely to develop lung cancer than women. For the pathological types of male lung cancer patients accounted for the total number of patients as follows, including adenocarcinoma accounting for 19.9%,squamous cell carcinoma accounting for 31.3%,small cell lung cancer accounting for 19.3%,and other types of lung cancer accounting for 4.1%.And the pathological type of female lung cancer patients accounted for the total number of patients, adenocarcinoma accounted for 13.1%,squamous cell carcinoma accounted for 4.6%,small cell lung cancer accounted for 6.5%,and other types of lung cancer accounted for 1.1%.The composition of various pathological types of males, gland accounted for 26.6%,squamous cell carcinoma accounted for 42.0%,small cell lung cancer accounted for 25.9%,other types of lung cancer accounted for 5.5%;female pathological types composed of adenocarcinoma accounted for 52.0%,squamous cell carcinoma accounted for 18.3%,small cell lung cancer accounted for 25.8%,other types of lung cancer accounted for 4.3%.Men tend to get sick to squamous cell carcinoma, followed by adenocarcinoma.Women tend to get sick to adenocarcinoma, followed by small cell lung cancer. The incidence rates of various pathological types of men and women were as follows, and the incidence of adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma was significantly different?P<0.001?.There was no gender difference in the incidence of small cell lung cancer and other types of lung cancer?P=0.6590?.The smoking rate of male patients was 72%,and the smoking rates of adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, small cell lung cancer, and other types of lung cancer were 67%,86%,82%,and 73%,respectively.The smoking index distribution of the 196 male smokers was>1200,which was 20%.Symptoms of the treatment showed cough, chest tightness, hemoptysis or hemoptysis, and the most common difference was 43%,28%,21%,14%,respectively.Microscopically,hyperplasia was the most common type, accounting for 45%,and squamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer were more common in proliferative type, accounting for 63%and 54%,respectively.The microscopic appearance of adenocarcinoma and other types of lung cancer was 43.%and 47%,respectively.The diseased part of 367 patients with lung cancer occurred in the right upper lobe, and the adrenal cancer was found in the right lower lobe, squamous cell carcinoma in the right upper lobe, small cell lung cancer in the right upper lobe, and other Type of lung cancer is the right middle lobe. Here, there is a significant difference between the lung cancer patient group and the control group among the six serum tumor markers?P<0.05?.In the experiment, the combined sensitivity and detection rate of the six markers were significantly improved.Conclusion1.The transbronchial biopsy is an effective method for diagnosing central lung cancer. The combined rate can increase the detection rate. The three joint effects are the best;Six serum tumor markers can be used as an effective auxiliary examination in the diagnosis of lung cancer. And after 6 joints, the clinical significance is greater.2.In central lung cancer, squamous cell carcinoma is the most.Adenocarcinoma is second only to squamous cell carcinoma. The difference between the two is not big.It is followed by small cell lung cancer.Central lung cancer occurs in the right upper lobe of the right lung, adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and small cell lung cancer occur in the right lower lobe, the right upper lobe, and the right upper lobe;Microscopic appearance is most common in proliferative type.Squamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer are more common in proliferative type.Adenocarcinoma and other types of lung cancer, microscopic manifestations, are more common in invasiveness.3.The patients with cough, chest tightness, hemoptysis or hemoptysis and anorexia as the main symptoms of more patients. For elderly patients, the above symptoms should be alert to the possibility of lung cancer;Males have higher prevalence than females.Males are mainly squamous cell carcinoma, and women are predominantly adenocarcinoma. The smoking rate of male patients is significantly higher than that of female patients; The incidence of squamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer patients is more closely related to smoking. The incidence of lung cancer is related to the time and amount of smoking;Older people are more likely to develop lung cancer than middle-aged and young people. In particular, older men between the ages of 60 and 70 who have a smoking index greater than 700 should have a regular physical examination.
