Study On Buzhongyiqi Decoction And Taohongsiwu Decoction For Non-Infective Fever After Elderly Hip Fracture

Objective:Through clinical observation,validating the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of non-infectious fever after hip fracture in the elderly,and the related effects of this prescription on the expression level of IL-1,IL-6?,TNF?,which causing fever.And further inferring the principle of its antipyretic,providing reference for future clinical application and theoretical reference for the further development of antipyretic drugs.Methods:The patients with non-infectious fever after hip fracture were divided into physical therapy group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.Observing the changes of body temperature in the two groups.The double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to determinate the expression of IL-1,IL-6 ?,TNF ?,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein.Evaluate the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on the above factors.Then analyze the above data and draw conclusions.According to clinical needs,all patients were healed 15-20 days after surgery,and the patient was discharged after hospitalization.The patient was followed up for 1 month after hospitalization to further exclude the infection factor.Results:1.In the elderly patients with non-infectious fever after hip fracture surgery,the duration of fever in the Chinese medicine treatment group was shorter than that in the physical treatment group,and the decrease of body temperature was greater than that in the physical treatment group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).2.In the elderly patients with non-infectious fever after hip fracture surgery,the IL-1,IL-6a,TNF-? in the Chinese medicine treatment group were significantly lower than those in the physical treatment group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction have better curative effect than physical cooling method in treating non-infectious fever after hip fracture operation in the elderly.There are significant differences between the two methods in the therapeutic effect and the influence on heating factors zhat causing the non-infective fever after hip fracture operation in the elderly.Through the results of the study,thepathogenesis of non-infectious fever after hip fracture in the elderly is inferred,which provides a new option for the treatment of non-infectious fever after hip fracture in the elderly,and provides a certain treatment for other postoperative fever problems.It also provides some theoretical and direction references for the modern pharmacological research of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of modern preparations of traditional Chinese medicine.
