Objective:To study the application of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery for gynecological benign tumors, and to explore its effect, effectiveness and further popularization value on the recovery of patients after operation.Methods:200 cases of gynecological benign tumors treated by laparoscopic surgery in Yijishan Hospital,First Affiliated Hospital of Southern Anhui Medical College from January 2018 to January 2019 were collected and randomly divided into ERAS group and control group.ERAS group cases were treated with ERAS perioperative measures, while the control group was treated with traditional perioperative measures.Time, defecation time, time to get out of bed after operation, hospital stay,CRP value and complications such as abdominal distension, urinary tract infection, incidence of nausea and vomiting, lower extremity venous thrombosis, diarrhea and fever.Comparisons of patient satisfaction and pain score after operation. Results:Compared with the control group, the first time of anal exhaust, defecation time, time of getting out of bed, hospital stay and CRP value of ERAS group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of abdominal distension, urinary tract infection and nausea and vomiting in ERAS group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications such as lower extremity venous thrombosis, diarrhea and fever between the two groups(P>0.05).The patient's satisfaction in ERAS group is higher than those in control group, and the pain scores in ERAS group at 2,6 and 12 hours after operation were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ERAS perioperative management measures in laparoscopic surgery for gynecological benign tumors can significantly reduce the incidence of complications(abdominal distention, urinary tract infection, nausea and vomiting),shorten hospitalization time, improve patient satisfaction, reduce postoperative pain, increase the effectiveness of the overall treatment and accelerate the recovery of patients.
