Objective:Early diagnosis of the nature of pulmonary nodules can improve the quality of surgery for pulmonary nodules. Methods:This article retrospectively analyzed 151 cases of pulmonary nodules from January 2017 to December 2018 in Ma' anshan People's Hospital. The patient' s gender, age, smoking history, and radiographic features of the lung nodules were classified and analyzed. Results:All the 151 patients were diagnosed successfully, discharged successfully, and there was no death.Six patients(3.9%)had complications during the perioperative period. The complications were improved or cured after conservative treatment.Lung adenocarcinoma has replaced squamous cell carcinoma as the primary pathological type of lung cancer. There were significant differences in morphology, lobulation, pleural traction and vascular bundle sign between benign and malignant pulmonary nodules(P<0.05),but no statistical difference was found in the burr sign. The incidence of malignant pulmonary nodules in women is higher than that in men,and there are statistically significant differences. The probability of malignant lung nodules greater than or equal to 40 years old was greater than that of those under 40 years old,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:VATS technology is mature, safe and reliable, and has become the most effective method for diagnosing and treating pulmonary nodules.Imaging features have a certain value for preoperative evaluation of patients with pulmonary nodules, but higher quality CT imaging techniques and more relevant examinations are needed to make the lung nodule properties more accurate judge before surgery. It is recommended that early and regular lung nodules should be screened for low-dose spiral CT.
