Correlation Between LMP2, LMP7 And Hemorrhagic Transformation After Acute Cerebral Infarction | | Posted on:2020-03-28 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:X D Wu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2404330575495635 | Subject:Neurology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | OBJECTIVE: The low molecular weight immunoproteasome mainly comprises two catalytic subunits: LMP2(Low molecular weight proteasome,LMP2)and LMP7(Low molecular weight proteasome,LMP7).Studies showed that the increase in LMP2 and LMP7 may be related to the pathophysiological mechanisms of inflammatory inflammation in ischemic stroke.Inhibition of LMP2 has neuroprotective effects in rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).In this study,the levels of proteasome LMP2 and LMP7 in plasma of patients with acute cerebral infarction were measured.The relationship between the two proteins and Hemorrhagic transformation(HT)was analyzed,and the risk factors associated with hemorrhagic transformation were discussed.METHODS: 187 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in the Department of Neurology,First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from October 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the cerebral infarction group.A total of 110 healthy volunteers in the same hospital were selected as the control group.Baseline data of all included populations were recorded and patients were divided into hemorrhagic transformation group and non-bleeding conversion group according to whether hemorrhagic transformation occurred after admission to the cerebral infarction group.The levels of plasma LMP2 and LMP7 in all included populations were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Statistical software analysis was used to investigate the differences in LMP2 and LPM7 concentrations and risk factors associated with HT.Results:1.The plasma LMP2 content in the cerebral infarction group was(619.70±395.09)pg/mL,and the control group was(203.46±44.55)pg/mL.The plasma LMP2 content in the cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was a statistical difference between the groups(P =0.000);The plasma LMP7 content in the cerebral infarction group was(350.67±163.23)pg/mL,and the control group was(172.25±25.30)pg/mL.The plasma LMP7 content in the cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the groups(P=0.000).).2.The plasma LMP2 content in the hemorrhagic transformation group was(1340.58±411.68)pg/mL,and the plasma LMP2 content in the non-hemorrhagic transformation group was(513.56±258.53)pg/mL.The LMP2 content in the hemorrhagic transformation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the groups(P=0.000).The plasma LMP7 content in the hemorrhagic transformation group was(707.45±173.31)pg/mL,and the plasma LMP7 content in the non-hemorrhagic transformation group was(298.14±68.85)pg/mL.The plasma LMP7 content in the hemorrhagic transformation group was significantly higher than that in the non-bleeding transformation group.Statistical difference(P = 0.000).Conclusions:1.Plasma LMP2 and LMP7 levels are independently associated with HT(P<0.05).2.Diabetes history,atrial fibrillation,LMP2 content,and LMP7 content are independent risk factors for HT(P<0.05).3.There was a positive correlation between plasma LMP2 and LMP7 levels in patients with cerebral infarction(R=0.5999,P<0.01). | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Hemorrhagic transformation, LMP2, LMP7 | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
