ObjectiveTo explore the risk factors for hemorrhagic transformation(HT)in acute ischemic stroke patients without thrombolytic therapy.MethodsFour hundred and twenty-six ischemic stroke patients who were treated with non-thrombolytic therapy in our hospital from janurary 2014 to december 2016 were selected and divided into HT group(74 cases)and non-HT group(352 cases),according to whether combined with HT or not.We collected baseline characteristics of patients, clinical indexes and imaging materials in two groups.Multiple logistic regression model was used to identify the factors associated with HT after ischemic stroke in non-thrombolyti patients.ResultsIt was revealed that atrial fibrillation, hypertension, massive cerebral infarction, and e GFR<60mL/min/1.73 m2 were independent risk factors for HT in non-thrombolytic patients.ConclutionAtrial fibrillation, hypertension, massive cerebral infarction, and eGFR<60mL/min/1.73m2 are independent risk factors for HT after acute ischemic stroke in non-thrombolyticpatients.Compared with risk factors that was found in previous clinical researches correlated with HT after acute stroke in non-thrombolytic patients, our study newly suggests that eGFR has potentional value in predicting HT after stroke in non-thrombolytic patients.
