| Objective:To study the effect of Entresto on cardiac function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:Thirty-seven patients with chronic heart failure treated in our department were randomly divided into two groups: control group(18 patients)and test group(19 patients).The patients in both groups were treated with diuretics and digitalis,on this basis the control group were treated with Ashda 4mg orally once a day.Besides traditional therapy the test group was converted to Entresto 100 mg orally twice a day.The changes of cardiac function and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups after 3 months treatment.Results:The heart rate,blood pressure,6-minute walking distance,NT-proBNP level,cardiac ejection fraction,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)were improved after 3 months treatment in both groups.The above indexes were improved more obviously in the test group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Entresto is more effective than Ashda in improving cardiac function and serum inflammatory factors level in patients with chronic heart failure. |
