Clinical Study Of Weifuning Granule In The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (Syndrome Of Blood Stasis In Gastric Collaterals)

Objective: This subject is the clinical study of weifuning granule in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(syndrome of blood stasis in gastric collaterals).Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and blood stasis in stomach collaterals were observed,through controlled clinical trials,comparing the treatment group and control group before and after treatment symptoms integral,performances of gastric mucosa,etc.Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of weifuning granule in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(syndrome of gastric collaterals and blood stasis),to verify the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and characteristic.Methods: Selection in December 2017 to March 2018,changchun university of Chinese medicine doctor affiliated hospital liver spleen and stomach diseases for patients with clinic,According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of Chinese and western medicine,a total of 72 patients were included.The treatment group is treated with Weifuning granules(Manufacturer: changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital,approval number: ji yao zhi zi Z20160054),and the control group morodan(xiaomi pill)(manufacturer: handan pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,national drug approval word: Z13021324),the treatment cycle was 48 weeks.During the treatment,adopt the mode of outpatient visit,observe and record the performance before and after treatment in patients with symptoms score,gastroscopy and pathological changes as a result,as well as the safety monitoring results,good statistical results,to compare,verify the stomach after ning granules for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,gastric stasis winding resistance is effective;Adverse events were recorded to evaluate the safety of weifuning granules.Results:1.Before enrollment,gender,age,course of disease,symptom score and performances of gastric mucosa score were compared between the two groups,with no significant statistical difference and comparability;2.After completion of treatment,treatment group total effective rate was 86.11%;The control group total effective rate was 61.11%.The treatment group and control group improve the symptoms of the CAG there exist significant differences(P<0.01);3.The total score of symptoms before and after treatment in the treatment group was compared,and there was a significant difference in the total score of symptoms before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.01).The control group before and after treatment in patients with symptoms integral comparison in the group,the control group before and after treatment there are differences in symptom integral(P<0.05);After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were compared,and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01);4.Before and after treatment,there were significant differences in gastric mucosa performance between the two groups(P<0.01).Control performance comparison before and after treatment gastric mucosa,gastric mucous membrane performance integral exists significant difference(P<0.01);Treatment group and control group after treatment of gastric mucous membrane performance integral comparison of gastric mucous membrane performance integral exists difference(P<0.05);5.Two groups of patients after treatment under gastroscope curative effect comparison,the treatment group total effectiveness 88.89%,control group total effective rate 69.44%,two groups of patients after treatment under performances of gastric mucosa situation exists significant difference(P<0.01);6.Safety monitoring: all the reexamination results of 72 patients before,after and during the treatment were within the normal range,and no adverse reactions or adverse events occurred.Conclusion:1.Weifuning granule has a good therapeutic effect on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(syndrome of blood stasis in gastric collaterals),and the therapeutic effect is significantly better than that of the control group;2.Weifuning granule has high safety in clinical application and is worthy of promotion.
