| 1 purpose and meaningThrough THE HE XUE SAN WEI decoction in treatment of gastric blood stasis type winding the CAG clinical curative effect,pathological curative effect and life quality improvement and the specificity of hemorheology indexes of the ESR and FIB observation,to explore Chinese medicine in treatmental mechanism of gastric collaterals blood stasis of chronic atrophic gastritis,to provide theoretical basis for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis of gastric blood stasis of chronic atrophic gastritis.2 methodsThis research will collect out60 cases in accordance with gastric collaterals blood stasis of the CAG patients with diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine,according to the medical order,through the random number table method,divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of30 cases each.Control group given KANG FU XIN YE oral treatment,treatment group given oral HE XUE SAN WEI decoction.Both groups after treatment for a period of treatment,observed the comprehensive curative effects of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms before and after the treatment,the effects of TCM syndrome integral,pathological histology,survival quality of integral,and the changes in the level of ESR,FIB.3 the results(1)comprehensive comparison: the recovered efficacy of two groups of symptoms in treatment group is 8 cases,15 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,1 had no effects;Control group healed in 4 cases,10 cases were markedly effective,effective have been spot in 11 cases,5 cases have been spot ineffective.The two groups after treatment symptoms,by a comprehensive comparative effectiveness after statistical treatment,Z=2.413,P=0.016<0.05.As a result,the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group,s.(2)the comparison of two groups of TCM syndrome integral:(1)the total integral of syndromes of comparison: the comparison in two groups,the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome total scores were significantly lower than before the treatment,and P<0.01.Comparing the group after treatment,the treatment group total scores were significantly lower than the control group,s,P<0.01;(2)a single TCM syndrome integral comparison: the comparison in the group,treatment group single TCM syndrome integrals comparison in before and after the treatment,were improved,P<0.05,and the control group in the stomach bilge or threats,stomach pain,belching,acid regurgitation,poor appetite,eat less,noisy were improved,and P < 0.05;In the bosom is frowsty,fatigue,loose stools have not been seen obviously improved curative effects,and P>0.05;Comparing the two groups after treatment,the treatment group,all single TCM syndrome integrals are lower than the control group,s,P<0.05;(3)the comparison of total effective rate of syndromes: the treatment group after treatment of TCM syndrome recovered14 cases,10 cases had marked effect,4 cases were effective and ineffective in2 cases,28 cases were effective.The control group after treatment of TCM syndrome recovered9 cases,10 cases were markedly improved,effective in11 cases,9 has no effects,the effective has been spot in21 cases;Treatment group total effective rates of syndromes and efficacy rate comparison,both P values<0.05,indicating that the treatment group in effectiveness and efficacy rate is higher than the control group,s.(3)the pathological and histological integral comparison of two groups before and after treatment.The pathological and histological integral comparison:(1)in the two groups before and after treatment,treatment group in pathological histology integral comparison in before and after the treatment,were improved,P<0.05;Control group improved in atrophy,chronic inflammation,active,P<0.05;In the intestine,special-shaped hyperplasia has not seen obviously improved,P>0.05;(2)in the two groups after treatment pathologic histology integral comparison: the pathological and histologicalintegral comparison of two groups after treatment after statistical treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group,s;(3)two groups of pathological integral efficacy rate after statistical treatment,P=0.049<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group in curative effect is better than the control group,s;(4)two groups of efficient comparison,after statistics processing,P=0.095>0.05,there was no statistically significant differences,and suggests that efficient between treatment group and control group has no significant differences.(4)in the two groups before and after treatment in the SSD-PRO survival quality points of comparison.(1)the two groups before treatment survival quality score,s difference is not significant,P>0.05;(2)the comparison group,the treatment group after treatment in the six dimension scores(energy and shape color,pain and discomfort,defecate,digestive function,psychology)are higher than before the treatment,P<0.05;While the control group after treatment in four dimension scores(the energy and shape color,pain and discomfort,digestive function and medical)were higher than before the treatment,P<0.05;(3)the comparison in the two groups after treatment in the four dimension scores(energy and shape color,defecate,psychology,medical)treatment group were superior to control group,P<0.05.(5)in the two groups before and after treatment in the comparison of the ESR and FIB,s level.By comparison in the two groups,two groups of the ESR levels are lower than before treatment,after treatment,P<0.05;FIB level compared the two groups after treatment,the treatment group FIB level is lower than before treatment,after treatment,P<0.05;Control group FIB level is similar beteen before treatment and after treatment,P>0.05;Comparing the two groups after treatment,the ESR level after treatment in treatment group and control group are in the same,P>0.05;FIB levels after treatment in treatment group are superior than controls,P<0.05.(6)in the observed during the treatment,no obvious adverse reactions of the two groups have been occurred.4 conclusionTHE HE XUE SAN WEI decoction can effectively improve gastric collaterals blood stasis and clinical syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis.At the same time,it can raise their SSD-PRO rating scale and the quality of life.As a result,it reduces the ESR,FIB.It worths clinical promotion.
