Objective:To observe the effectiveness of acne treatment with the external use of danlian xiaocuo powder,and to further explore the mechanism of actionMethods:48 rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups,and the other 5 groups,except the blank group,were given intervention after successful modeling.Ob served the changing of the models'skin by naked eyes and detected the the contents of TNF-?,TNFR1 and ERK in the acne model of rabbits'ears by immunohistochemistry technique Results:1.The pathological changes of rabbit ears in each group were significantly reduced compared with that in the model group2.In the TNF-? index,compared with the blank group,the contents of TNF-? in the other five groups was significantly increased Compared with the model control group,the levels of TNF-? in the groups of danlian xiaocuo powder high-dose,medium-dose,low-dose and the positive control group were significantly decreased.and the most significant drop was seen in the medium-dose group and there was a statistical difference compared with the positive control group(P<0.05)3.In the TNFR1 index,compared with the blank group,the contents of TNFR1 in the groups of danlian xiaocuo powder high-dose,low-dose and the positive control group was significantly increased.Although the content of TNFR1 in the medium-dose group of danlianxiaocuo powder has increased,there was no significant difference compared with the blank group(P>0.05).Compared with the model group,the contents of TNFR1 in the groups of danlian xiaocuo powder high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose and the positive control group had significantly decreased,and the most significant drop was seen in the medium-dose group and there was a statistical difference compared with the positive control group(P<0.05).4.In the ERK index,compared with the blank control group,the contents of ERK in the other five groups were significantly increased.Compared with the model control group,the level of ERK in the groups of danlian xiaocuo powder high-dose,medium-dose,low-dose and the positive control group were significantly decreased,while there was no significant difference in ERK between the four dose groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The external use of danlian xiaocuo powder can effectively reduce the pathological changes of acne in rabbits' ears,and the reduction of the contents of TNF-?,TNFR1 and ERK is part of the medicinal mechanism.
