| Objective:Evaluation on the application of unenhanced scan with energy spectral CT in non-small cell lung cancer and inflammatory lesionsMethods: Retrospectly analysed 107 cases of lung masses which were performed the energy spectral CT from October 2016 to March 2018.It included adenocarcinoma(55),squamous cell carcinoma(29)and inflammatory lesions without tuberculosis(23).Energy spectral analysis software(GSI Viewer)was used to measure the water(calcium)concentration, effective atomic number value and CT value at 40-140 Ke V(Spaced every 10 Ke V)for each of the three groups. After that, calculate the slope of K40-90kev(absolute value)of the energy spectral curve of the three groups of data. Finally, statistical analysis was performed to compare the differences of parameters in each group. Results: 1)The K40-90 ke V,Eff-z and water(calcium)concentration in the inflammatory group were(1.52±0.13),(6.82±0.19),(1065.79±8.58),respectively;2)The K40-90 kev,Eff-z and water(calcium)in the adenocarcinoma group concentration were(0.67±0.18),(7.93±0.13),(1026.04±10.10),respectively;3)The K40-90 kev,Eff-z and water(calcium)concentrations in the squamous cell carcinoma group were(0.40±0.15),(7.38±0.11),(1053.14±8.82).,respectively.In the first group(the slope of energy spectral curve),inflammatory lesions had the largest standard deviation value followed by the adenocarcinoma, and the adenocarcinoma had the smallest one.In the second group(effective atomic number),the standard deviation value of adenocarcinoma、squamous cell carcinoma and inflammatory masses were in descending order. In the last group, the water(calcium)concentration, the standard deviation value of adenocarcinoma 、quamous cell carcinoma and inflammatory lesions were in ascending order. There was a significance in statistics to collect different data between each group(P<0.05).Conclusion: In the spectral CT scan, lung adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and inflammatory lesions have different quantitative parameters, which have important application value in the differential diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and inflammatory lesions. Objective: To investigate the value of energy-enhanced CT enhanced scan in non-small cell lung cancer and inflammatory lesions. Methods: A total of 169 patients with lung cancer and inflammatory lesions who underwent energy-enhanced CT scan were enrolled in our hospital.According to different pathological types, there were 3 groups, including 90 cases of adenocarcinoma,42 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 37 cases of inflammatory group. The GSI analysis software was used to analyze the energy spectral parameters of each group, including the slope of the energy spectrum curve of the arterial phase, the venous phase and the lag phase,K40-80 ke V,the standard iodine concentration(NIC)and the CT value at 70 ke V,and the collected data were statistically analyzed.Analysis and the final result.Results:(1)The slope of the energy spectral curve was identified in the three-stage scan for the three groups. The slopes of the arterial phase and the delayed phase energy spectrum curve were the largest in the inflammatory group, and the largest in the venous adenocarcinoma group. The spectral curve was the smallest in the arterial phase, venous phase and delayed phase(P<0.05).(2)The standardized iodine concentration in the venous phase and the delayed phase was significant for the three groups(P<0.05),while in the arterial phase. No discrimination.(3)The CT value of 70 ke V single energy has different significance in the arterial phase and venous phase(P<0.05),and it is meaningless in the delay phase. Conclusion: In the analysis of parameters of enhanced spectrum scanning, the slope of the three-stage energy spectrum curve, the standardized iodine concentration in the venous phase and the delayed phase, and the CT value in the arterial phase and the venous phase at 70 ke V have statistically significant differences in the three groups of lesions.Pathological type non-small cell lung cancer and pneumonia lesions have important application value. |
