Objectives 1.To evaluate the effect of the standardized management for Hypertension in Occupations at a functional community in An Hui,the main indicators include occupations in eating behavior in patients with hypertension, the frequency of self-monitoring of blood pressure he change trend of the blood pressure level and so on.2.To analysis the factors of standardized management of hypertension.3.Through analyzing and comparing, to occur lessons about standardized management of patients with hypertension.Methods After 24 months’ standardized management for hypertension of occupations in red community health service center in He Fei Medicare.Compare the effect of changes before and after and analyze the impact factors of occupation standardized management of hypertension.Results After 24 months’ standardized management,There were significant statistical significant differences in status of treatment and control and awareness(P <0.05) between the intervention before and after.There are significantly increasing differences of hypertensive patients’ average daily intake of vegetables, fruit intake, limit fat intake, regular exercise, self-monitoring of blood pressure and frequency(P <0.05).The proportion of patients with smoking and drinking has decreased, but there was no statistically significant difference.There was statistical significance in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, serum Creatinine, fasting glucose, triglycerides(P <0.001).Waistline had reduced,but no significant difference(P > 0.05). Multivariate analysis displayed such factors related to the standardized management for hypertension, involving income level, intake of fruits and vegetables, limit fat intake, taste light, regular exercise, communities designated for treatment, health education information.Conclusion 1.Occupational standardized management of hypertension should be based on community management of chronic diseases.We should fully use of the characteristics of functions of the community, to establish general services team.Community should access occupations to basic health services.General practitioners should be responsible for long-term formula, continuity of care characteristics to establish a standardized management system, as the information platform for high blood pressure.2.Occupational standardized management had helped improve eating behaviors, self-monitoring of blood pressure, lower blood pressure, control blood glucose and lipid levels effect. Reduce smoking, drinking behavior is effective, but it should be long-term health education and supervision.3.In the standardized management process,we should combine with the economic level of the patients,sand medicare reimbursement to develop individualized treatment programs.
