With the arrival of the"Beauty Economy",the income of residents has increased substantially,and consumers are paying more and more attention to their face.Consumers'desire for beauty has begun to change.More and more consumers are beginning to accept and eager to use modern medical aesthetics to enhance their personal"face value"and improve their personal image and temperament.The demand for medical beauty is increasing day by day,which has promoted the rapid development of the medical beauty industry.Faced with huge market demand,all kinds of capital are also vying to get involved,and actively deploying the medical beauty industry,showing a situation of blooming.As a segment of the medical beauty industry,skin medical beauty focuses on facial skin and minimally invasive treatment.It belongs to the category of light medical beauty.With the improvement of people's aesthetic concept,it is more pursuit of unsatisfactory beauty.The market has also begun to be more and more sought after by the market.At a time when market information is becoming more transparent and the cost of customers is getting higher and higher,the quality of service has become the key to competition.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore the status quo of service quality management in medical beauty institutions,to find problems in the service quality management of medical beauty institutions,and to propose solutions.This paper studies the service quality management of WN skin medical beauty institutions through service quality theory.Using the literature review method,interview method,questionnaire method and model construction method,the current situation of service quality management of WN medical beauty institutions is analyzed,and the existing management problems are explored,and active and effective solutions and improvement strategies are proposed..In addition,this article also through the SERVQUAL scale,combined with the actual situation of WN skin medical beauty institutions,the WN skin medical beauty institutions service quality evaluation and recommendations.This research promotes the service quality management of WN medical and beauty institutions to be more scientific,standardized and efficient,and achieves the purpose of improving service quality,thereby improving customer satisfaction and loyalty,realizing the sustainable development,bigger and stronger,and foundation of WN medical and beauty institutions.Evergreen's management goals are determined to set an industry benchmark and build a brand of WN medical beauty.Based on this,this paper has important practical guiding significance for the operation of WN medical beauty institutions.At the same time,there are few studies on the quality management of skin medical beauty institutions at home and abroad.This paper also has certain theoretical value and case reference for future research.
