medical insurance in other provinces was studied,and Jian,Fuzhou,Ganzhou,Shangrao and Xinyu were selected for field investigation in the later period of the study?The research content includes the financing standards and coverage of the targeted poverty alleviation medical insurance in these areas,the insurance situation,the payment situation and the risk sharing mechanism.Systematic analysis and comparison of the development status of precision poverty alleviation medical insurance in Jiangxi Province and the problems in the implementation process,found that precision poverty alleviation medical insurance has made great contributions to the local poverty alleviation work,such as premiums and The mismatch of insurance liabilities has caused the insurance company to lose money for years,so that the insurance company's underwriting enthusiasm is not high,and the excessive reimbursement rate has stimulated the waste of poverty alleviation funds caused by excessive medical consumption.By drawing on the successful experience of domestic precision poverty alleviation medical insurance development and combining the specific conditions of Jiangxi Province,it puts forward policy recommendations for the development of precision poverty alleviation medical insurance in Jiangxi Province.The first chapter of the article is the introduction part,expounds the research
