| Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Tonifying Kidney,Clearing away Damp-heat and Eliminating Turbidity in treating calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders in non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease stages 3-5.Methods:To select CKD3-5 non-dialysis patients with disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given with calcium carbonate D3 tablets and calcitriol soft capsules on the basis of routine basic treatment.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with self-made prescriptions of Tonifying Kidney,Clearing away Damp-heat and Eliminating Turbidity.The courses of treatment were 3 months.Before and after treatment,the changes of therapeutic indexes such as serum calcium(Ca),serum phosphorus(P),parathyroid hormone(PTH),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),serum uric acid(UA),urine protein(UTP)and TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy of TCM and total curative effect of disease were observed.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,BUN and SCr decreased and eGFR increased in the treatment group after treatment,The treatment group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).(2)In comparison to the control group,the levels of UA and UTP in the treatment group were lower after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(3)As compare with the control group,the treatment group has no obvious advantage in reducing P(P>0.05),but the effect of the treatment group on increasing Ca and reducing PTH was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared before and after treatment of intra-group,the treatment group could reduce P and reducing the occurrence of hyperphosphatism(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control,the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower,which was helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of patients(P<0.05).(5)The treatment group can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of TCM(P<0.05)and the total effect of disease(P<0.05)as compare with the control group.Conculsion:Tonifying Kidney,Clearing away Damp-heat and Eliminating Turbidity can effectively regulate the disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3-5(non-dialysis),protect renal function,delay the process of kidney disease,relieve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life. |
