Purpose:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with SVF-assisted autologous fat transplantation in liver qi stagnation type chloasma from the perspective of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Method:All the cases in this clinical trial were from the Department of Plastic Surgery and Dermatology of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Department of Dermatology.From April 2018 to August 2018,women with liver qi stagnation type chloasma,a total of 97 cases.Patients were divided into three groups by randomized control:29 in the combined group,28 in the acupuncture group,and 28 in the transplantation group.Patients in the acupuncture group received acupuncture treatment,and patients in the transplantation group received SVF-assisted autologous fat transplantation.The general condition of the patients was recorded.The MASI scores were evaluated before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the three treatment methods was analyzed.The data was statistically analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software.Result:The MASI scores in the combined group and the acupuncture group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the combined group was better than the acupuncture group and the transplantation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and the transplantation group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the combined group was better than the acupuncture group and the transplantation group(P<0.05),and the acupuncture group was better than the transplantation group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the combined group was better than the acupunctu-re group and the transplantation group(P<0.05),and the acupuncture group was more effective than the transplantation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Simple acupuncture and acupuncture combined with SVF-assisted autologous fat transplantation have therapeutic effects on patients with liver qi stagnation type chloasma.The combined effect is better.Acupuncture combined with SVF-assisted autologous fat transplantation for liver qi stagnation chloasma has a potential therapeutic effect.
